tonesto7, any plan (or is it not possible) on having the battery show one decimal place on charge level? I've mentioned it in prior posts but am mentioning again because seems important (at least to me...).

I think a 12V battery reading would be low, but if it was actually 12.5 or 12.9 that would be a totally different story.

I'm sorry you guys are seeing so many issues.
I've been burning it at both ends lately and my quality is slipping. I'm going to do better testing before I release it.

I was able to duplicate the issues and will have a patch in the next 30 minutes.
I, for one, am incredibly grateful for your efforts! I know this is a “spare time” activity, and don’t mind the time you take to produce it!

As I mentioned before the ford API only returns integers and no decimals :(

Oops - sorry I missed that! Thanks again for all your efforts on a great app!
Lol... believe me it would have been easy for me to overlook... I'm juggling the same content on 5 different forums :)

I'm starting to get a system down!
Plus this new widget tool and 3 step install website it's going to be a breeze for anyone to install :)

The app is awesome, thanks for doing this. I just updated to 1.3.3 and notice that all the Door and Window statuses have a Question mark (?) before this update it would show a checkmark. All the other attributes are showing correctly.

I'm looking for a few of you to test this out, please!
Ford Widget Tool Installer (tonesto7.github.io)

So the premise here is that I can't directly update a running script I need another script.
So I created the FordWidgetTool (It's based on scriptdudes installer).
You will go to the website which will hold your hand through installing the installer for the widget tool.
Once the tool is installed it automatically runs and it either installs the Fordpass Widget or updates the existing code.
It will walk you through the steps of installing a helper script that installs and updates the main widget script.
Once this tool is installed that's it, just tap it anytime I announce an upgrade and it just downloads it.
The only time I may require you to reinstall the tool is if there is a required update for the tool's new features. Either way, you will never have to copy and paste-like you did before.

I even recorded a couple of videos of the install process and set up for new users.

Worked for me. But I can’t really test an update until a new version is available.

Nerdy Details Requested:
I need someone who knows their way around using Postman proxy to please try to capture the requests of any of the other EV vehicle commands.
If I have to explain how to capture it then please don't offer to help :)

I mean any of them related to charging, frunk, etc. I want to add support for all of them.
Please PM if you are capable and interested...

lol... true the code is pretty stable right now so updates will slow down until I get the new commands I'm looking for.

Ford Widget Tool Installer (tonesto7.github.io)
Hi - I'm a first-time installer, and everything worked for me. The only step I didn't understand at first was configuring the widget to present the car's info, so I appreciate the video you posted running through the process (I was clicking on the widget instead of long-pressing).

Worked for me. Mileage is no longer loading but I’m sure it will populate in a little while.

Sadly they don't have a web UI for all the access.

For the prior system (MyFordMobile) they had just about all the same commands from logging into the website as they did on the app. Thus it was super easy to open developer tools in Chrome and just watch the network tab...
