Premium AWD SRWhich trim level do you have?
I had the same experience. I test drove 4 times across all trims except GTPE and never picked up on ride issues. It makes a person wonder if they just got a "bad one." Tire inflation is certainly a factor. I think temperature is a factor. Add up all the variables and, of course, sales people leading you down only the smoothest roads and I think I can explain how I got here. What happens next for me, I'm not sure. I'm hesitant to invest more money in the car not knowing whether my opinion of it will improve.I would agree with this. I absolutely love the car, and I have had no technical issues whatsoever. I certainly wouldn't go back to ICE.
However, I do find the ride comfort disappointing. It's odd, because I test drove 2 MMEs of the same spec as mine before buying one, and it was not an issue I picked up on. Maybe reading these forums has made me more aware of it!
My advice would be test drive the car. If you are happy with the ride, then don't let anything else stop you. Its great!
I bought my premium last May. Almost 7k miles, and it is still the best car I have ever owned....by a large margin. Sure there are glitches, but nothing that Ford doesn't fix. The forum is a great resource as well. I have found more than one answer for an easy fix on here. Congrats!I ordered a Premium in 1/14/22 and I’m seeing so many negative posts. I’m I making a mistake in buying the Mach E.
No way Jose! Enjoy the wait, then enjoy your car. I love my MMEGT, even if I have complaints, etc. It’s a great vehicle & this place is a great resource. A few assholes here and there, but no worse than anywhere else.I ordered a Premium in 1/14/22 and I’m seeing so many negative posts. I’m I making a mistake in buying the Mach E.
I’ll be a realist here and this is my 7th Mustang. I received the first GTPE in the state because I ordered early on faith and love of Ford. I would say, set you expectations lower. Ford has done an amazing job with this car but it’s far from perfect. I am in the camp that the 5 second limiter is a problem and loosing to Teslas is not something I thought Ford would allow. Mine has also suffered from a suspension default issue and after 5 trips to Ford, it goes in again on Tuesday. That said, it’s a blast to drive, way better looking than a Tesla and I’m glad to have owned it but am planning to sell it before I have to reregister it. I hope to afford an Etron.I ordered a Premium in 1/14/22 and I’m seeing so many negative posts. I’m I making a mistake in buying the Mach E.
Have you read up on Colorado's lemon law? It says after 3-4 repair attempts for the same problem you may qualify. Might be something to look into if you want to return it.I’ll be a realist here and this is my 7th Mustang. I received the first GTPE in the state because I ordered early on faith and love of Ford. If the issue is acceleration, why an etron?I’ll be a realist here and this is my 7th Mustang. I received the first GTPE in the state because I ordered early on faith and love of Ford. I would be interested in the RS Etron GTIf the issue is acceleration, why an etron?
Audi only claims a 0-60 of 5.5 seconds and that’s with their “boost mode,” which will be only a short time just like the GTPE.
Seems like a significant step down in the acceleration department. Even the significantly more expensive Etron S only does 4.3 0-60 and is also boost mode limited.

Most of the reported software etc bugs are job 1 cars. Job 2 cars after July seem to all be in a much better setup. Now a bad 12v or HVB bad cell or what, can happen on any time period. And most of the frustration is the delay getting their car! But there are also the bug here and there and I use those posts to learn more about how the Mach works. Looking forward to mine arriving some time in the near future.
I warned people (especially ID.4 owners) about the harsher ride of the Mach-E (and Model Y). I currently own a RAV4 Prime and Model Y (long story - but I got another one). The Prime is almost as smooth/gentle like the ID.4 and I feel the harshness of Y when I drive it.I've owned two Model 3s, an ID.4, and now the MME. I hoped the MME would have the best qualities of the Model 3 and ID.4. Driving engagement and more exotic appearance from the Model 3 and space, utility, ride comfort, and all-weather capabilities of the ID.4. I think it checks all those boxes except ride comfort. Unfortunately, that's proving to be a big challenge to me. I'm also still calibrating myself to the MME's relatively pessimistic (but maybe more realistic) GOM. Range should be within 10% of the ID.4 based on efficiency and battery capacity, but the MME would never tell you that. It was certainly easier to maximize cold weather range in the ID.4 by modulating the HVAC. Seats and seating position are also just better in the ID.4 for me and my body.
I still hope a combination of warmer weather (less frost heave and softer tires), different tires, and/or suspension upgrades (when available) will sort out my ride quality complaints. We'll see. I think Ford's calibration of shocks/struts, spring rates, tires, and tire inflation recommendation is just wrong.
What size tire? It makes a difference between 18" and higher. Also, tire pressure. Yet it's a mustang... and my '13 was nowhere smoother yet it has 19's and not 18's. (My CA RT1)I would agree with this. I absolutely love the car, and I have had no technical issues whatsoever. I certainly wouldn't go back to ICE.
