Yah, I have a coworker with a few-years-old Model 3 and a coworker with a Model Y performance bought in late 2021. I've ridden in the Model 3 plenty of times. It definitely is louder with a rougher ride than my Premium AWD, bounce and all. I've only been in the MYP a few times. Didn't pay a lot of attention to the ride quality. The roads around me are largely well maintained (NH Seacoast), so most drives are pretty smooth regardless of the vehicle. That is good to know because every time my wife and/or I am a passenger in a 3 or Y my stomach feels like I had way too many drinks way too fast.
Another reason my wife won't get let me get a Tesla....
I think going from ICE to BE propulsion, the first thing you notice is the quiet and how smooth the acceleration is. One might not notice the rougher ride straight away.
