Try my trick....email address and password....hit sign in several times with a pause after each time...and then click the create account button instead. It will either take you to a blank HTTP 400 page where you can select the link to return to the previous page, and it then logs you in....or it might actually just log you in straightaway after selecting the create account button..I've had it do both. This morning it logged me in right after I selected the create account button.

At least this way you don't have to fool around with SMS codes.

Sign in, it takes you back to the sign in screen again, just click privacy choices in the bottom left, new window opens, close window, FDRS logs you in.

I found that with FDRS 38.5.7, I consistently need to
1. use my email address now instead of the old user name
2. pretend that I "forgot" my password
3. get the SMS code
4. put in the same (yes, same) password as the "new" password

...and then FDRS lets me in.

Go to the MotorCraft website and login, then go back to FDRS.

Yeah..I did try that last week, but haven't had as much success with the Privacy Choices thing as I have with the Create Account method.

It won't help with the web page error, it was for @21st Century Pony to try since it is making them do the authentication every single time, that's what it was doing to me and going to the MotorCraft website resolved that part. Login still buggy!

Ok i found the issue regarding the login problems.

I installed FDRS in my own language (dutch) and that does not work correctly.
Reinstalled in English and everything works fine now.

Got this email from the helpdesk yesterday evening. I've done these process update steps and 'tweaks' already but I'm not sure what using Microsoft Edge has to do with logging in to FDRS. I do use Firefox as my internet browser but as far as I know FDRS doesn't use a browser for anything. If I get an error in FDRS the HTTP: error page that's displayed is IE with a box at the bottom saying that it's no longer supported.

Engineering is currently investigating data concerns related to IPMA and PSCM software updates failing or not available on 2022-2023 Mach-E, F-150 vehicles. Monitor PTS for updates.

See note above, I don't think anyone has seen an IPMA update yet, but that would be the ticket to 1.3.

If I recall, the IPMA is a huge download / update. Like takes hours depending on quality of USB drive.

Yeah, the last IPMA took a really long time. But I think it had to be done over OBD.

It appears it picked up one of the other Strategy files. This is what my car has for IPMA:

My FDRS did show the F121 strategy first. The it switched to F122 the second time I pulled it up.

FDRS says there's a new APIM this morning (but it's Sunday! Right? What's that about?) for my 23 model. Heading out to do that now.

EDIT: So the APIM update was one 1GB file "PU5T-14G682-EM.VBF".

The previous version had been "-EL".

What was Sync 1049 is now Sync 1058 with no immediately noticeable changes:

I think it's interesting that everytime this spreadsheet gets updated...another APIM update drops within a day or two to make it out of date. ?

I've started to think of it as an early warning indicator for Sync updates.
