I don't think it is just the MME that is leaving from Veracruz. There are other car makers in Mexico who I assume use Veracruz and Altamira which I assume why both ships spend so much time in port. Maybe they didn't go on the Grande Houston because they were doing further checks on them. If they aren't put on MSC IMMACOLATA and we don't get given a good reason for it then I might pull the plug and get one the M3's that landed in Southampton the other day

I'm giving them until the date given for delivery - mid May.

but I do wish I'd put £1000 down when I could last week for that Hyundai new pretentious car which promised summer 2021 for the first 3000.

I see the MSC Immacolata is now underway from Veracruz with the next port of call being Altamira....

I also see that my VIN is now showing in my Ford account when it wasn’t before....as far as I can remember. It matches the one I obtained thanks to Wonky’s help. ?

Also have an option saying ‘Ready to Connect’. Unlock connected features. Maybe this is because I’m using another browser.

I don’t think any of our cars are board going on the last comms we got from dealer that cars are being held for further “quality” checks! Hope I’m wrong. Or knowing my luck, those that have an early build will be held but later cars will ship. was hoping dealer would have been informed by now though if my car made the ship.

I thought I'd seen all the Mach-E ads... but this is new to me, so sharing it in case I'm not the only one. The Rapid Red looks fantastic in this ad... looks like it has a diamond or ceramic coating. They could've cleaned the foot pedals though.

I have just confirmed the ready to connect and it now saying you have unlocked the feature. Modem authorisation date has appeared with today's date on my ford account. We will contact you to proceed to next stage. It all to do withe the Ford app pass. I think ?

I would be afraid as to what the "next stage" is! If your car starts up like Christine and trashes the ship don't say I didn't warn you!

From my vantage point I was able to see the boat leaving this morning....

...the truth is my vantage point was A&E at the local hospital where I appear to have torn my Achilles’ tendon. One word...... OOOOOOUCH?
