I had this, you have to have the e-heater button highlighted (i had this on but it still wasn't playing, I tried everything but just got cold air. I didn't use the car for a few days and today it's working, toasty warm...the wonders of owning a Mach E!). Only difference was that i left the button highlighted when I switched off, but I don't think that would make a difference...let us know how you get on.Same here, tried it last week when it was colder and didnt seem to warm up. I am out early tomorrow so will try again. The seats and wheel do heat up very well though.
