How are you getting 310 range, David-HC? Maybe you’re not hauling a tonne of tools and hammering it around the country?
That would have an extreme detrimental effect on your range. I'm getting about the same as @David-HC in my RWD ER.

Hi,

Thanks for the info about Ford Pass Pro - might give it a try ?

Certainly not hauling a lot around, but mainly local B and A roads so 40 - 60mph, with a few long motorway jouneys.

I've had the car since June 2021 and although only about 9,000 miles it's been pretty consistent - was up around 360 during the summer.

Cheers,
David

Ah, yes, June 2021! I remember the day vividly, I was due to collect the Stang the day after I gave my super Outlander to one of my sons so had no transport. 11am appointment at Sandicliffe but it was the day they put the stop on releasing them for that e-call IDtenT error!!! Waited for a further 2 weeks until Ford’s [sh]IT department released the fix? I rented a Caddy van for 2 weeks which Ford picked up the tab for. Happy daze!

Same happened to me! Except it was the day before I was due to pick it up.

I remember that well.
You had the best grump ever that I've read in any forum.

Hat off to you for seeing it through!?
It took over a year but it’s now damned near perfect now I changed that dodgy short rear wiper with a new longer arm & blade for a MkII Galaxy, had those dodgy door badges which keep falling off & breaking renewed and properly fitted, oh, and there’s those separators i removed from the froot which Ford fit for that extra special stupid that seems to exist Stateside where they think kids would climb in there and somehow god only knows how lock themselves in there which just leaves that wireless phone charger continually disconnecting putting the annoying message on the screen; don’t use that anymore, though, its still drop-dead gorgeous, a joy to own & drive and my dealer’s amazing, WHAT is there not to love about a Stang??‍♂

How’s everybody’s rang ATM. Mines 282 at full charge on AWD ER, c75% of what they say I “could” get!

On a 100% charge, my range is about 230 on my GT. I’ve only had it a couple of weeks, so still trying to get the car set up in a way that will get the most range, and keep the passengers happy. The e-heater seems to have the biggest impact ( other than me enjoying the ridiculous acceleration :) ), not sure what else there is to tweak?

From experience , if it helps with almost 40k on clock, drive mode makes no or very little difference, e-heater certainly reduces range, so does driving style - even use as a works van hammering up to Glasgow with half a tonne of tools in a lowly RWD ER crucifies range. OPD helps with efficiency. Enjoy!

Well that was a first. On my way to Gatwick and saw more MME'S (4) before I had even left Dorset than I have seen in one day any of my road trips. Still no acknowledgement from any of them. Must just be me trying to be friendly. Won't bother anymore.

PSA - If anyone is on Intelligent Octopus in the UK for electric supply there may be an issue with access to the API that controls the charging off the car. I have been having issues with the charging not starting/stopping when it should do, which Octopus control through the API via a third party. A number of US owners have had their ford accounts blocked because they're using either a widget or a third party to gather data from the car. I am hoping that it is not the case but won't know more until I've been able to get my account unblocked.

I've waved at 2 others and they've looked at me as though I'm an alien or a possible serial killer. I wouldn't win any Mr Universe awards but I'm not that bad! So like you I don't bother now. On the upside the car still gets looooooooooooooooong glances when out and about and parking. One woman even came up to me recently and said "What a beautiful car" but walked away before I could tell her anything about it. Perhaps it's the alien or serial killer thing. ?

I could become a serial killer if anybody else asks “is it a Jaguar” ? My response usually is, pointing to badge, “look-horse not cat”?? the worse was “is it a Tesla?” ???

I could understand being mistaken for a Ferrari due to their "prancing horse" symbol which a young boy did with mine - although that was just an "Ah, bless" moment as he wouldn't know but really, why do people have to advertise their stupidity.

Just had an AWD loaner for 4 days, noticed it's noisier with the glass roof, but that's to be expected. Mine has come back still stuck on 1.6 but having driven for 4 days with the latest update, I'm not that bothered..I can live without Sketch!! What I did notice is the handling, less bumpy than mine and corners much better, didn't loose the back once in the wet. The waving thing I only ever experienced hen driving my Wife's old Mini Cooper and only other oldies would wave. She has a new mini now and no one waves...thanks god! I never wave as I'm a miserable twat! but do have the odd chat at the chargers, all very civilised too, had to queue for the first time at Rugby in 18 months, all very polite and typically British!
