@Teslaeata How's your mileage looking? I'm at 42K and the Dealer said mines the highest mileage Mach E they have worked on. Now I wanna have the highest in the country (just the competitive side of me!!), so before I plan some ridiculously long trips, who on this forum in the UK has a higher mileage than 42K?

I’m never going to get close to any of you guys on mileage, plus mine has been split across at least 4 Mach-E’s (two of them mine - and two long term loan cars) ?

Even if I add them all together they still only add up to about 19k miles LOL

I’ve owned mine since November and have only accrued enjoyable 1081 miles

Hope you are sitting down, but I need to give some praise to Ford Customer Service!!

My Mach E was in for 5 weeks having the HV/update done and to be fair, I can not fault the service from Ford Gates of Harlow, excellent communication and everything you'd expect (and more) from a Main Dealer. I had a Kia Sportage for that 5 weeks (painful....) but Ford said I could claim back the difference in fuel for the mileage, so I did. My 'claim' was dealt with efficiently and again, with excellent communication and I received much more than I was expecting, put through as a good will payment.

So, if you do get an ICE as a loaner, bang a claim in for the difference in fuel costs... and if you are in Essex, give Gates of Harlow a go.

Regarding 22P25 Alarm Update for UK RHD vehicles only. I had mine done in early Jan at the Dealer with sone other updates only found on FDRS by VIN, like improvements to HVAC display, etc.
Anyway I noticed after the Alarm update when walking up to Locked Mach-e, in the dark, I was welcomed by tail light / headlight recognition nor puddle lights! Sometimes Yes it works, other times no, or it does one day, then a day or two later if not driven or opened, ‘nothing’! Like the proximity sensor falls into sleep mode now for sensing our silly special Mondeo, Fiesta model Thatcham approved keys,. ?
I never remember this happening pre-22P25 update! I contacted the UKBEV team, they’re completely clueless as usual, and said tske it back to the Dealer.

Anyone else notice this?

Also anyone hear any rumours when Ford UK might release a proper OTA. OMG are we years behind what they get in USA ?? or what!

So shocking isn’t it! Be nice at least have proper Carplay Apple Maps display updated and battery data integrated for IPC.
The brainiacs at FordPass Community say it’s up to Apple, ? But Ford UK has to approve it & modify software for Apple Maps access to battery data module. I think the whole IT dev department must still be OTL. ?
