Hi Tony just completed a trip to Edinburgh from Lincolnshire. 3 Sessions of Fast DC Charging. No FP App does does not show charge rate.
Nevertheless it is always continuously onscreen on every DC charger.

Tesla Supercharger 350kW gave me 85kW when only car there. 10C from 15% to 70% @. £0.54 kW But 2 chargers failed to connect. Flashing Red LEDS at charge port. Best rate was new GRIDServe on A1M outside of Leeds 138Kw. £0.66kw. Again 1st charger failed with same red LEDs.

Looks good and I’d consider it if somebody wrote off the ‘Stang which is probably the only way I’d change it as I decided to run it into the ground, but if the Explorer’s “range could give you 305 miles” is anything like the MME’s “range could give you 379 miles” the explorer just won’t do, and with a seats-down boot smaller than the ‘Stang’s by 20litres proves the ‘Stang’s more of a useful motor than a poncy one and I’m really not sure all this will go in to the Explorer as it really must………….

That's because the explorer is mostly non Ford parts and more Audi/VW etc

Good point, very well put? Can’t work with anything less than ‘Stang offers. Long live the ‘Stang! Although coming up 54,000 miles, not sure how long “life” for big red may be??‍♂

Nah, no worries, have faith my child, context is important, “the battery” is 94 separate cells which are unlikely to all fail together and each of which can be swapped out individually or as an array in the unlikely event they start to fail. Motors? Well, they’re not a major part such as a dodgy ICE engine (some model Chelsea tractor engines have barely made it out the factory before failing), nasty German intake manifolds catching fire if their main fuse supply don’t BBQ their cars first etc, nor will we suffer from unreliable DM flywheel failures, malfunctioning of temperamental transmissions which our cars don’t have, the brakes just don’t wear so I’m more than happy to take my chances. Just done a state of health check on the battery at full charge and there are no real dramas in there yet……..

I’m guessing then that maybe both the FordPass version on your phone and certain car modules need to be at a certain software version for this to work effectively. While I’m sorry to hear it’s not working for you I can confirm that while at an IONITY station in Milton Keynes yesterday it showed the data just fine….

Does this calm your range envy? ? This is after several hours of heavy footed “I’ve spent all afternoon in IKEA and I just want to get home” driving LOL

Mind you if you’re carrying all that stuff in your last pic in your car I’m not surprised your range is a bit lower

I’m furious !
Only available for 2023 build cars onward ?
Ford,,,, you are disappointing me, again and again..
It could just be a very badly worded press release.

It might be that the 2023’s have the required software versions to run it now from the factory, whereas older models will require software updates that are yet to come to activate it.
