There have been a slew of updates lately. They did increase the charge speed over 90%, so they would say they have delivered improvements.
Have they actually released that update though, I don't think I have that one yet? Mine drops off at 80% still.

While it’s not been pushed out OTA I think this update was completed back in 2022 when cars went in to dealerships for the Customer Improvement Program where they did a load of updates for various bits. (Sorry for being a bit vague - I don’t have my knowledge base of info with me)

Charge speed will drop at 80% upwards but you should be able to pull 46kW up until the mid 90%

If your car drops to 12kW at 80% then somehow you’ve managed to dodge the update.

Ford should be looking at how to keep us, the market has changed hugely in 3 years and there are more options every day. Better range, faster charging and improved tech.... I love, love , love the Mach E, I think @Teslaeata and I have the most miles clocked up and it's been great, but now the glitches are starting to appear and its not simple to fix. My rear washer doesn't work, it may be a fuse, but there's no way I'm attempting to change it, so it's a trip to the Dealer. I'm in for a service next week (and to find out why the 'red car with the up arrow' icon has suddenly appeared and my acceleration has dropped since !!) and I hope to god they don't apply any updates as they won't actually make a huge difference and it'll cock something up! Ford can, and should, do so much better for everyone, early adopters included.

There are over 30 Mach-e's in my Company and most people I know who drive them, love it but will be looking at other options on the 3 to 4 year car renewal, me included. So Ford, look after your customers and they'll look after you!

Hi, can anyone help / FYI for future issues
- My puddle lights were changed a few weeks ago by Ford and on driving out of the forecourt and over a few pot holes, my wingmirror fell out of place. On inspection, the mechanic had forcefully pushed the mirror back into place, snapping the clasps/grips to the body of the wing. This morning in anticipation of being fixed, an hour later they proceed to tell me that the parts need to be ordered in as the wing mirror parts are "once only" - has anyone else had this issue? Seems a little odd that the technician was surprised they were unable to be re-fitted and required brand new ones. Does anyone happen to know if the MME wingmirrors are different to other Ford cars? Booked in for next week now... Thanks!

No idea I’m afraid. I am in Essex too and my MME is well looked after by Allen Ford at Dunton where I bought it from. Is that where your’s was serviced? If you would rather not say publicly then perhaps you could pm me.

Hi all. Has anyone used the supplied Ford mobile charger to charge another EV? I'm assuming that it isn't specific to the Mach-E but thought i'd ask the question before I give it a go!
Many thanks.

How did they fail in the first place? Mine have just started showing the 'snow' pattern around the Hos!, looks very festive
