Correct -- we have boring looking signs and fewer public safety features here in the states.It’s the European warning sign for “broken down vehicle ahead” - part of Ford’s Connected Navigation Live Local Hazard alerts. You should have also got a brief information box pop-up in your IPC to tell warn you before it shrinks down to just the sign under the speed limit.
I’m not sure if it’s a feature on US cars which is why you’re getting the comedy answers.

The OP’s location is listed as “Brasov”, which, I believe, is in Romania.It’s not a car warning lamp, it’s a roadside warning sign (just like a speed limit sign) - that’s why they’re not in the manual and why it displays under the speed limit.
The expectation is that if you have passed your driving test in the EU/UK you’re supposed to know what it means without a manual![]()
