I just got this same fault last night, after the car was already turned off. Does anyone know how to get the car into neutral with this fault? It currently won't let me select and drive mode or N.
Oh no! sounds like you are stuck at home -- put your battery on your power supply you got and set it to the charge mode. "Emergency Tow" is located here:

I assume you have a "Stop Safely Now" -- as I recall you have FDRS, you should see what DTC code you have. It's probably a stuck contactor.

Update as of 13JULY2022:
Dealer called and stated HVBJB repair will be complete by Friday. Ford emailed me confirming same (thanks @Gimme_my_MME for advice on opening up a case with Ford). I'll wait and see, if fixed by this Friday would mean a total of 8 days from fail to fix. I live in rural North Carolina.
Update as of 29July2022:
Just got my MMEGT back this afternoon. Took the dealer three weeks to execute the HVBJB replacement. Their service department was backed up but they still got it in to fix it. Waiting till Monday to get the full write up on what they did to it to confirm the replacement. I will give it a thorough testing tomorrow to make sure it's good. Have faith in Ford....they will fix it.

For anyone following this thread...

I will be taking this exact same route next weekend and I do not have the recall applied and I also have the less beefier version of the HVBJB. I figured @scoopman shouldn't be the only HVBJB mountain tester.

I could take my ICE vehicle, but some excitement will never hurt!

Now the real question is if you get bricked will you have to reach out here for assistance or DM yourself your VIN? ?

Good question ... but before that I'll call @Neil4Real since I'll be in Newport Beach. He can give me a ride back to my oceanside mansion (let me dream). I also heard that he knows a good spot to get HVBJB replacements.

I’ll be on standby! I can get you in with a quick text and will definitely provide complimentary pick up service in my beefy GTPE.

If that fails, you know where there's a Taco stand that's done at least one.
I think I'll pass on THAT taco stand. It's Southern California, there's much better options :)

So happy I got mine back today after the damage repair, post 5 week HVBJB replacement, but the dealer is so backlogged/out of whack with the updates they are "unable" to do the recall sw update for awhile. Ditto the wireless charging module and BC/LC sw fix. He mentioned they have a few vehicles in the shop inoperable until they get "new sw." I guess I'm back to waiting for a miracle OTA to come my way or I'll just have to pay some ADM and pick up this bad boy that was waiting for adoption (that sadly will need a new HVBJB in the near future.) :D I made the mistake of sitting in the seat while waiting for mine to come out.

Ford Mustang Mach-E 😭😭😭 POST BATTERY CONTACTOR RECALL -- FIRST JUNCTION BOX FAILURE 😭😭😭😭 space

No mountain testing my red one on the grapevine until I can get the PPF redone next month after the paint cures.

Godspeed @DevSecOps ! If you want to guarantee a new junction box, just play Blippi as you summit the Grapevine.....

That taco stand was visited by the State auto repair inspection agency today, BTW.
