Temps in the 30s will do that. If you want full range year-round, you need to move south.

It will keep changing as you drive more and systems learns based historical data.

I'm also in Minnesota and my range guess-o-meter never goes above 180 in the winter. I got the same amount of range out of one of my sports car in the winter but the MME is much cheaper to operate so I could not care less.
