I just got it on my 2022 Prem ER AWD.

My last update, 4.1.3 showed this:
Ford Mustang Mach-E Ford Power-Up 4.2.1 installed 1678233278091

This update, 4.2.1 shows this:
Ford Mustang Mach-E Ford Power-Up 4.2.1 installed 1678233241048

Is that what the update is about? Adding 50 years?

EDIT: I now see someone started a thread around Feb 18 about the 2073 thing. Guess it's not related to the 4.2.1 update.

Imagine what that 50 year subscription costs.

I just got this update I have a 2022 standard range premium. So I guess 4.2.1 is also for older models

Well, this update sucks. This update messed with how long the car stays connected to your phone again. I’m once again having the issue where Wi-Fi stays connected to the car for about 5 to 10 minutes AFTER the car is fully shut off. This is annoying as I have horrible cell service and would like my home Wi-Fi right away. Now, it just stays connected to car Wi-Fi. Turning Wi-Fi on shows the disable CarPlay message. Pressing disconnect to confirm still does nothing and causes the car to stay connected to my phone.

Hopefully CarPlay still remains rock solid. This confirms to me that 4.1.3 is the update that fixed CarPlay and that the GWM does play a role in it, contrary to others saying it does not.

Just got the update this evening on my 2022 CR-1.
My car forgot my profile, as often happens with an impactful update. We'll see if the profile is renewed tomorrow.

Got it on my Feb 2022 (non-PE)GT sometime today. I only noticed it because I was reviewing the various FP issues to add to my FP EA survey response and I noticed the update. No idea what it's broken so far. ?

Just got the update this morning on my 2022 Select. I started driving the car as I was leaving the gym and the update notification appeared.

Waiting on this update, sounds like it's just a prep for future updates but has anyone experienced their mach e randomly reverting drive modes back to engage? I'm on 4.1.3, I have for the past several days set my car yo unbridled only to have it randomly revert back to engaged at some point during the drive. I've only caught the error message 'drive mode not available' once while parked but I'm guessing it's throwing that error every time it reverts without me noticing.

Yes twice this morning I’ve experienced the drive mode reset from my ā€˜Whisper’ setting to ā€˜Engage’.

Just got 4.2.1 installed. (gateway module update)

There’s some good stuff here. While you may have seen this update before, we’re resending to ensure some housekeeping features are included to help further enhance your user experience. We’ve made improvements to the software update process, including new pop-up alerts to inform you when a precondition is not being met so that you can take the required action to receive your update. For a non-drivable update, preconditions may include that your vehicle is parked, it’s not running, all the lights are off, doors and trunk are closed, and you’re not pressing the brake pedal.

Similar language as the 4.1.1 OTA which as also a gateway module update.

Ford Power-Up 4.1.1 Here’s the Latest Just for You We’ve made improvements to the software update process, including the ability to enter your vehicle using your Key Fob during a non-drivable update. You’ll also now receive new pop-up alerts to inform you when a precondition is not being met so that you can take the required action to receive your update. For a non-drivable update, preconditions may include that your vehicle is parked, it’s not running, all the lights are off, doors and trunk are closed, and you’re not pressing the brake pedal.
