Yes, but then I’ll lose my hands-free liftgate and parking assist ?
The OTA to disable those is in beta. Waiting on management to approve the release.

I totally get that many people don’t use the frunk. I suspect that’s why automakers don’t prioritize creating a frunk when they design electric vehicles.
Some people find the frunk VERY convenient for a variety of reasons previously listed (messy gear, smelly leftovers, groceries, shrimp, pizza, koi pond - the uses are endless ???
As for remote release in FordPass, try screwing around opening the car and pulling the lever if you have a bunch of groceries ???
I've always supported you and all job 1 vehicles getting frunk release and continue to. Personally I don't use it, but you deserve it and should get it. I've always said that.

Most of us did. ?

Was it really that long ago? And did he really even say that job 1 would? Feels more like a scary story we tell our kids at this point.

Once upon a time there was a rich man who lived in a tower. He had a tall hat and tall shoes and a long tie. One day he went out and proclaimed, “all shall have a remove frunk release, and I shall make it so.”

And almost everyone got this release.

But there in the woods lived a poor forgotten job 1 owner named @Jimrpa

Jimrpa would yell “what about me? Where is my button?” But no one would listen as he was banished to the woods along with all the forgotten Beta testers.

The end.

Not to be mean, but you should. It's sort of central to being a Mustang - go fast, straight. Not doing it at least once just seems wrong.
Feeling the car die at 5 seconds is what seems terribly "wrong" to me. When they remove the limit, I'll try a straight shot to 124mph. Until then, four seconds is enough for me. The car is what it is, even if they call it a Mustang.

So is this one of those “ if @Jimrpa yells in the middle of the woods does anyone hear him?” Well the answer obviously is No!

Yeah, but I wouldn't skip the fun of 5 seconds of WOT just to avoid the let down of the power cut. Usually by 5 seconds of WOT I'm about ready for an excuse to let off, anyway.

Since it's release it's been evident, it's a $40-50k car with a mustang logo on it so they can add 20k+ to it.

It was sarcasm. But if we want to take it seriously I would agree. I never use the frunk and could care less about having it in FP. But for those who want it and deserve it they should get it.
Frunk use case:
