Charged last night. Went from 339 down to 331...but I'm thinking that was because I took 1 hour each way on highway. Not much regen there. So will have to that into account if I'm ever to travel farther than a 300 round trip. Probably will let hubby drive 1 day a week, starting next week just to keep the miles off his truck, not to mention gas isn't getting any cheaper. He puts a TON of miles on his car. Love that his work allows him to only go in 3 days a week. Bad for me, cause I can't do ANYTHING in the house that causes noise (like the vacuum?). He's constantly on conference calls?
I would say I'm a bit jealous of those range numbers. I've been averaging about 240-250 for the GTPE, which is right about what I expected. We did a road trip this past week to Central California wine country and we stopped once each way to charge. The inn we stayed at had a FREE charger! It was a good trip!

I got PPF and interior protection through the dealer, 10 year warranty with a 5 year reapplication as needed. It was about $800 total. I do need to find out what to do about the PPF on the back end since aI was rear-ended (slow speed) and have some good scratches. I should know more this week after I go to the body shop. So far, I haven't had any issues with the protection.
Good to know. Didn't know about the 10 year protection with 5 year reapplication ?

Are you charging to 100%?
Yes. I've read a TON of mixed reviews on what u should and shouldn't do. Just like how side a baby sleep should sleep on. Every year they change? the rules. Now that you've told me how to change the levels, I will probably not go to 100 in the future, unless for a trip.

Honestly, I usually charge to 100% before the weekend -- so on a Thursday or Friday. It just makes it easier/quicker to charge to 100% if I plan on going long distances, which is not uncommon here in the south. If I stay in the city, during the week, I won't charge unless it gets to around 50% -- -which has been rare --- back up to 80%.

It is just a time thing. I could let it go lower, but then I would have to charge it longer if I want to take a longer trip.

Thanks! I had asked about getting it done while it was in recall jail. Apparently, any incentive portals are closed for a VIN while it’s under a recall hold. Was that for all over or just the front end? I’m assuming all.

The good news is that I got the call today that the recall appears to be in! The dealer got the bulletin this afternoon. I’m not holding my breath, but I’m hoping to be able to have it in the driveway soon!

@Shenred - yaaa, glad the fix will be in for all, frankly a lil worried to take to my mom and dad's, 2 hrs away. Hopefully I'll be able to go mid July for dad's bday.

But most importantly, yaaaaaa ur getting ur car soon!!!!!

@CarDreams - ? thanks for ur info. Good to know I'm not the only one. Hubby wants to change every ? night even if I only drive 5 miles. I like to let it get down to 50 miles.

@CB1234 - lol. If I used ur principal, I wouldn't have a new car, ?it would be hubby's. He drives 100 miles in his f150 gas guzzler 3 days a week. Works from home 2 days. Going to let him drive once a week to office. On weekends we've been using my car ? %

So I let him drive yesterday for the 1st time. Not gonna lie, I was anxious all day. People at his office loved it though. And he played with blue cruise a lot to and from. He's not a big fan. Steering wheel has a LOT of play trying to stay in lane, made him nervous. And it liked to stay close to right hand side of lane. ?‍♀. We're old school and probably won't use it often and we don't like to give up that kinda control. He LOVED the adaptive cruise. Car would slide in and my car would adjust. ❤❤❤

So awesome that I'm guessing within next 7 days @P65 and @Shenwill get their cars. Yeah!!!!

Ha, yeah that changes things! It works for the most part for us, though there were two days where I needed to go 60-80 miles and my wife needed to go 150-200 and I was annoyed I had to take the ICE!

After 4 weeks, we finally had to fill up the other car. It will happen once in a while!

I'm with you - BlueCruise is a bit weird and I don't trust it, but the adaptive cruise control is awesome. I used it in stop and go traffic the other day and it was amazing.

I got stuck in BRUTAL bumper to bumper traffic coming home from Denver last night, (3 lanes merged to one and no warnings about it), and can confirm that the Adaptive Cruise Control works like a dream! You just sit there and let the car stop and go… wild.

My only grievance with BC is that (to me) I feel like I’m driving on the right edge of my lane. Otherwise it’s worked well and my kiddo is impressed.

So happy, today got good news, my dealer called to tell me he picked up my MME from main dealer just before.
Went to him to see it and agree on hand over process. He is just waiting on some customs document, (should arrive on 1st July by post) and registration same day.

Pick up 1st July mid afternoon...fingers crossed.

Looks perfect, has red brake calipers with the Ice white edition..

He also updated everything, so no delivery block.

It's def down to the wire as both racers are about to a accept delivery. Who will it be??? I've heard some users are already getting the download, so I bet @Shenred might, just might be at the dealer ?

Ok since @NJ_MachE is all knowing, I gotta question. So how are some of MME's downloading at home. Do they have some special unit? Saw a pic of something that looks like a battery charger hooked up to battery
