You're right I am done trying to help. So I won't do it again.

Your hypocrisy is on full display. You say this is full of angst yet you attack me, pick a side and then ask for moderators to silence everyone else?

The premise of the thread is factually correct, unless otherwise noted as speculation. FDRS still doesn't have these updates as of this moment. The OTA theory wasn't mine and I even linked to it and updated the main thread when I discovered facts about it still rolling. Also you have no clue what conversations happened out of the public space.

Every single thread I have started had the intent to help others (or cause a laugh). My intentions have never been anything other than genuine. I have helped people flash their cars in real life and traveled hours to do it. I have assisted multiple members with catastrophic failure through my channels with Ford. You have no idea what my intentions are and it's flat out insulting.

If you guys don't like what I post that much, just ignore me.
Thank you Todd. Your posts have been accurate, timely, and helpful. We are all doing our best with little actual communication from Ford. My advice to people is to just take a step back before you hammer anybody on this forum and ask is this helpful.

Why's everyone gotta be a critic? Sheesh.
Because it’s easy from the cheap seats and somewhat anonymous , it’s the internet and social media, downfall of civilization, LOL, except when you need help finding out what updates haven’t occurred yet.

Thanks everyone for their help on this forum, this and other car forums are lifesavers, literally

Getting back on track ... we are seeing updates being available again but we are trying to wrap our heads around what updates are being offered to which vehicles (link).

PCM, BECM, SOBDMC being offered in FDRS now has tooltip rev matching May. SOBDMB has a newer version, likely the June version.

- GTPE with May updates is being offered the above
- GTPE with June (recall) updates is showing no updates available
- 2 GTPE's with June (recall) updates and HVBJB issues are now being offered PCM (May rev), and SOBDMB (likely June rev)

If anybody is getting recall updates at dealerships today or tomorrow, could you please DM me your VIN so we can see what versions are actually being installed?

OK ... it was a little confusing since we were only able to use tooltip rev's and it looks like some newer updates are still using the May tooltip rev.

From what I can tell, those who have not yet been updated with the recall updates have the update available again. Software version numbers seem to match the updates which were available until the server issues removed them.

There are new PCM and SOBDMB updates showing up bring two GTPE's with HVBJB issues to a new version. PCM going from -ACL to -ACM, SOBDMB going from -BL to -BM. I don't see these updates for others. (Clearly this means that after the HVBJB is replaced the 5s limit has been removed ? ).

I haven't scheduled anything with my dealer yet because I expected a smooth OTA update. Now I don't know what to do. Should I schedule with them or what?

That is very interesting, I wonder if that means the recall software can be overzealous so those getting new HVBJB shouldn't have it so "tight" to ensure no false positives? Ah, whatever, guess we will see what happens. Don't want the speculation police to throw me in jail!

Wyld and I are working with some backend channels right now. If we get more info that we are able to release we will let you guys know. We are still trying to confirm things.
