9/19 week Build Group

Just checked status with Union Pacific (why not) - my railcar is empty and the train has departed from Roper, UT confirming that it's all on the trucking company now. Status with Ford hasn't changed - still showing 11/23-29/2022, but I'm still hopeful to get it this week.

Going to see if I can find any kind of tracking with the trucking company - Automotive Transport Group (ATG).

I thought I’d have mine by now. I’ve gone from hanging out on ramp 6R in KC to ramp 26 in SLC…3 miles away from where I work. Was unloaded Thursday. It has to arrive this coming week - though my Ford (changed) date is still 11/27.

I had a dream last night, and it was that I finally got a txt message telling me the car had left Kansas City.

As my wife said, its so bad now even in my dreams I can't have this car, I am stuck with dreaming of updates on shipping progress.

I feel you. I got so excited when I received a VinView text in the early morning last Wednesday letting me know my vehicle had moved from 6R to 6U. But it has been crickets since then. I just want it to leave KC already!!

True, basically all the eastern ones have already been delivered, western ones are probably gonna start getting delivered soon for the luckiest people

I finally found out my railcar# from Ford Chat, and through @emersonsdad's help (it was a BNSF railcar), I know now that the car had already arrived in California as of last night. I'm hoping that it'll just be two or three days before it reaches Richmond, CA in northern CA, where it'll be just 70 miles away from my dealer and me.

We will all get there, don't sweat it!

SURPRISE GUYS! I got my car this weekend! I guess freaking out on the dealer really does paid off. They made a special trip to go get it at the yard. I love it so much. Im actually speechless. But im a little afraid because ive never had a car this nice or certainly this expensive. She's going up the hill tomorrow for her first ski area photoshoot and I will report back at that time! I cant wait to see how the car performs in the mountains.

My car was offloaded in Commerce City on Sunday. My sales rep says it is scheduled to be delivered to the dealer on Tuesday. Should be able to pick up this week hopefully. Otherwise I am out of town the following two weeks and will not be happy.

There is definitely something special about these cars... is it because it is an EV? is it because it was the 1st car that I wanted to buy more than the dealer wanted to sell? is it because I waited so long after ordering it? i don't know, but I do really like it!

since you guys are significantly ahead of the 11/7 group that i am in, i thought i would ask anyone here how the Ford Options process actually works.

i think someone told me that you should be able to see the terms/rates etc. for Options in your ford account - that at some point in the process after the car has shipped that you can arrange for financing online. is that the experience of people here? it would be nice to have it all sorted out before setting foot in the dealership.

Dont know cause my car is still sitting in Kansas city. I can probably tell you by 12/31 hopefully
