if you cannot get into the car to pop the FRUNK open,I have roadside coming to open the frunk and get the 12V working. Once the cars on I assume the HV will start charging the 12V?
you can use ANY friendly vehicle with jumper cables to:
- pop the frunk with momentary access to the connectors in the front bumper
- open frunk, pop off the back firewall 'beauty cover', and then the drivers-side cover
- attach friendly vehicle jumpers to your 12v 'connection points', and
LEAVE CONNECTED AND CHARGING FOR AT LEAST 20 MINUTES
.....this is not like an ICE car where you just have to kick it over. You have to give enough time for the 'jump' to bring your car 12v to something over 12.4v to be sure it has enough energy to run all your onboard electronics long enough to get to the dealership for diagnostics.
At the very least you should get your MME to a dealership that has done at least one HVBJB replacement. Have them check for codes to determine if they can order a replacement HVBJB at this time, and at the very least install the 'recall' software to prevent SSN events while you wait for parts.
