There is a code there citing invalid data between the GSM and DCME. Do you know which door is controlled by the DCME?You’re not scanning the correct modules, you need to look at the DCME, DCMF, DCMG, DCMH for codes which are the door latch modules.
Got it, but it seems you have certain data sharing to Ford turned off. It is not letting me access the section in PTS where the codes get reported.Sent
DCME is the driver's door. There is a code there citing invalid data between the GSM and DCME. Do you know which door is controlled by the DCME?
@axelzuk If your Fordpass is connected, message me the VIN. The code being reported to the cloud may reference something that may provide a clue to what the fix entails.
On the touchscreen, go into the vehicle connectivity settings, there should be one called "Share vehicle data", make sure that's turned on. Restart the car, go for a short drive, and then ask Javier to check again.Ive no idea how to turn that on![]()
Strange. Just checked again and the info it is reporting is still limited. This is what it says:Share vehicle analytics was turned OFF so ive turned that ON
But Share vehicle data was already ON ive left that ON
That indeed did the trick. The codes it is reporting are below. Tagging @Mach-Lee and @Mike G as I feel they are better suited to help you with this than I am. The codes circled in red are the one relevant to your cause. The other codes are either stored codes or in the case of the first 3 CMR codes, they are saying your driver facing cameras may be blocked. If you are not having any driver assist or Bluecruise issues, I would ignore those. This message was turned off, ive turned this on. This wasnt in the car it was online in the app.
Not sure if that now helpsthanks and sorry again.
Like many 2021 Mach E's in Europe, your vehicle is not properly configured for Bluecruise to work. You have Bluecruise disabled in favor of Traffic Jam Assist in the IPMA (and probably other modules, too). That is a whole different animal. If you have FORScan or are willing to get it, message me and we can try to figure that out. I have become pretty good at fixing this in vehicles in the US, but vehicles in Europe have proven to be more of a challenge. However, this has nothing to do with your original concernI dont have an option for bluecruise anywhere. I can do the auto drive feature on the motorway but have to keep hold of the stearing wheel or it tells me off.
