You’re not scanning the correct modules, you need to look at the DCME, DCMF, DCMG, DCMH for codes which are the door latch modules.
There is a code there citing invalid data between the GSM and DCME. Do you know which door is controlled by the DCME?

@axelzuk If your Fordpass is connected, message me the VIN. The code being reported to the cloud may reference something that may provide a clue to what the fix entails.

Got it, but it seems you have certain data sharing to Ford turned off. It is not letting me access the section in PTS where the codes get reported.

DCME is the driver's door.

On the touchscreen, go into the vehicle connectivity settings, there should be one called "Share vehicle data", make sure that's turned on. Restart the car, go for a short drive, and then ask Javier to check again.

Strange. Just checked again and the info it is reporting is still limited. This is what it says:

That indeed did the trick. The codes it is reporting are below. Tagging @Mach-Lee and @Mike G as I feel they are better suited to help you with this than I am. The codes circled in red are the one relevant to your cause. The other codes are either stored codes or in the case of the first 3 CMR codes, they are saying your driver facing cameras may be blocked. If you are not having any driver assist or Bluecruise issues, I would ignore those.

Ford Mustang Mach-E Door Sensor Fault - which one? 1764944460051-0k

What is interesting is the TSB's referenced by the DCMF U3000 code also have to do with driver assist issues and not the door itself (I attached the TSB's and SSM's anyway). The DCMF U3000 code has a fault of general circuit/electronic failure, the GSM U0504 code has a 00 fault type which means no fault type available and the IPMA U0404 code fault type is for an invalid signal between the IPMA and GSM.

Going back 60 days which is how long codes are stored on the cloud 4, these 3 codes have been active faults the entire time. I am unable to provide a diagnosis based on this info, but hopefully one of these guys have come across this before and can point you in the right direction.

I dont have an option for bluecruise anywhere. I can do the auto drive feature on the motorway but have to keep hold of the stearing wheel or it tells me off.

Like many 2021 Mach E's in Europe, your vehicle is not properly configured for Bluecruise to work. You have Bluecruise disabled in favor of Traffic Jam Assist in the IPMA (and probably other modules, too). That is a whole different animal. If you have FORScan or are willing to get it, message me and we can try to figure that out. I have become pretty good at fixing this in vehicles in the US, but vehicles in Europe have proven to be more of a challenge. However, this has nothing to do with your original concern

If I remember correctly, I believe the DCME is the driver's door (LHD), DCMF the right side passenger's door, DCMG the right rear passenger door, and DCMH the left rear passenger door. So they were ordered starting in the driver's seat and going around clockwise.

The DCMF U3000 means there is an internal problem with that module. I would first attempt to reprogram it. If that doesn't work, then the module should be replaced. DCMF is the front passenger door.

The CMR (driver monitoring camera) should also be updated or reprogrammed to clear those faults. If that fails, then the CMR should be replaced. This fault may prevent HF BlueCruise from working.
