4.17 Android definitely has issues.

Fixed nothing. Same Set up PAAK message and no buttons for windows and trunk. Bunch of BS

Uninstall, reboot and reinstall app. Uninstall and set back up and nothing? Turn conductivity off and on in the car to reset it? Since this a heavy server dependent app and the servers have been found wanting up here it could be a server side problem. Did you contact Ford about your account to make sure nothing is hung there?

What phone do you have ? Restart iphones twice. Android you will need to clear cache and data.

If your phone is rooted or jailbroken, don’t expect it to work correctly or get support from Ford for it, which is as it should be.

Thanks, I had an open case with Ford on this. The last time they called me was actually on the 4th of July. They informed me that they had identified the problem and it would be fixed with this new update. They closed my case. This update did not fix the problem

Is your iOS updated as well? Mine seems to be working much better on iPhone 13 max with iOS 15.5 and FordPass 4.17.1

Did you try turning the conductivity off and back on in the car settings? Phone connect problem to the car may not be just the phone?

Could be their new authentication that stumped the widget tool a bit? Someone has mention he is getting emails that his password is banned by Ford. Guess you are opening a new case. iPhone 11 no probs here.

These messages started showing up in 4.17 and are still happening in 4.17.1.

and this is after being parked for hours.

this never happened before 4.17.

I have the same issue. The only way to get rid of this is to restart the app.

Makes you wonder how much of your data plan it will be using when in lock screen. Maybe ransom ware?
