Since this a heavy server dependent app and the servers have been found wanting up here it could be a server side problem. They informed me that they had identified the problem and it would be fixed with this new update. They closed my case. Yes, everything is up to date.Is your iOS updated as well? Mine seems to be working much better on iPhone 13 max with iOS 15.5 and FordPass 4.17.1

Could be their new authentication that stumped the widget tool a bit? Someone has mention he is getting emails that his password is banned by Ford. Guess you are opening a new case. iPhone 11 no probs here.
I have the same issue. The only way to get rid of this is to restart the app.These messages started showing up in 4.17 and are still happening in 4.17.1.

Makes you wonder how much of your data plan it will be using when in lock screen. Maybe ransom ware?I have the same issue. The only way to get rid of this is to restart the app.
