That’s another one I did. I don’t use the GT startup screen my car came with. I don’t like the goldish color. I reverted mine to the blue non-GT MME startup screen.

Give the lightning one a spin. I use the lightning one in my hybrid F150. It's only a 12" screen but it's one of the best animations I think.

i took the plunge and found the one that disables the seatbelt warning chime when you start the car before you've put on your seatbelt. i just tested it and it's absolute bliss.

these along with disabling the double-honk have tamed my MME noisy nanny and i'm much happier now. ?

Thanks for highlighting these, I've been meaning to dig in and find them. Saved me the time.

Every time I do a Forscan change, I get a few weird unrelated setting changes as well. This time the brake coach was re-enabled and my mirrors were set to fold again. I always tell myself this is my last Forscan change, but I'm sure I'll find somethine else later. I've got my UI setting prefernces memorized at this point since I have to double-check them all after a change.

yeah, the lack of persistence in some settings is a frustrating. the one i get every time is the "Ask on exit" for the motion sensors so i have that habit formed after a FORScan change. ?

Can you change the console above the steering wheel too? The main 15" center screen changed with the APIM "Splash Screen" entry change in Forscan but not the smaller one above the steering wheel.

I like the regular Mach E splash screen too rather than the Mach-E GT one.

No the IPC is not changeable.

I like it but it doesn’t fit the 15.5” vertical display properly. ?

Second post here. FORScan veteran with my '22 Raptor, '22 Mach 1, '23 Lincoln Aviator, and we just picked up our '23 MME-GT this evening. I can't wait to dig in and see what we can do! Thanks for the 13 pages already!

in FORScan it's in the "IPC Configuration" (not the As-Built), search for "seatbelt", and select the "Seatbelt Warning Market". it should say "USA" on our US market cars. if you edit it to "Europe" the seatbelt chime on startup w/o buckling goes away.

here is mine after the change:

the FORScan configuration routine changes quite a few variables in 720-01-01 and 720-01-02 so would be a bit more difficult trying to do it via the As-Built/direct access method.

i also changed the chimes similar to @TJSparky above but left my passenger side minder alone:

Holy cow, thank you! I think that’ll make a lot of people happy, since it does it without even giving you a chance to buckle. Please keep us posted if you uncover anything else!

I would like the "check rear seat chime" to be a singe chime not 5 or so as it goes on forever lol.

I posted these last year sometime, just don't remember the thread but here they are again. I only kept three as the others did not pertain to the Mach-E. I didn't want "Navigator", "Nautilus", "F-150 75 Year Anniversary", "Raptor" etc., for a startup splash screen.

One thing I noticed is the Mach-E splash screens are only 10 seconds in length before the full Sync display comes up. Many of the others like the F-150 splash screens are 20 sections in length before you get to the Sync display.

The below splash screens are in this order: Mach-E, Mach-E GT, Stock/non-specific.

I was totally set on doing this today. But the attempt of getting Win11 on a M2 Macbook derailed the entire thing. But this will happen this week!
