- Mach E on order
The Mach E has so many features that are not available in the Tesla, yet you obsess on the one half-baked feature included in the Tesla that Ford wisely left out of the Mach E. (Who wants to lose a mile of range per hour for countless hours of meaningless video that doesn't even offer review and detection figures that were available in security systems in the 1980s.)My Model 3 was $46,500 in 2018, and I received the $7,500 tax credit, so $39,000 out the door.
The Mach-E First Edition I ordered is $58,300 - $7,500 = $50,800, or actually $11,800 more than the Model 3 I already own.
So I don't think it's completely unreasonable to expect the same features I have today on a car that asks $11,800 more than I paid for what I currently have.
That's all I'm saying.
