I haven't had mine as long as a lot of people here, but I'm over 1,000 miles now and have had little to no issues with anything. Ford will never compete with Tesla in the software space, so I don't hold things like slight screen delays or an average interface too much against them. There is certainly room for improvement with the main screen, but in terms of real "issues"? I haven't had any.

It's an awesome car to drive, very comfortable interior, and the exterior design blows away Tesla. I was set on Tesla for the longest time, because I love what they've done for the car industry. I test drove both a used Model S and Model Y, and couldn't get over Tesla's build quality. Things like windows, door handles, creaks, rattles, that all added up for me in ultimately going with a Mach E. I don't regret it one bit.

As a first time EV owner, my issue has been with the overall state of charging networks and their unreliability, not the car itself.

I've had mine 3 weeks, and it has 1200 miles on it.

Everything works well so far. Never carry a key fob. PAAK works every time on my car. Wireless android auto is great. The ride is awesome. There is virtually no wind noise. The only time I noticed a screen buzz was at the dealer when I turned all the accessories off and leaned in close focusing on it. Never noticed it since then. DCFC works great. I've noticed speeds up to 160 kw on EA chargers.

I really think many people are having great experiences, but it doesn't seem like it because people with problems needing help are more likely to post here than people without issues.

I love the car. In fact, I love it so much I almost regret that I gifted it to my parents. I have an early F150 Lightning reservation and can't wait!

In fact a very small number of members like to post their same small list of complaints endlessly and across many different threads.

I have had the car for about 3 weeks and 900 miles. Love everything about it. Mine was a demo with 2800 miles. I don't use PAAK because I need to carry other keys anyway. It amazes me so many people prefer PAAK - am I the only one carrying keys? Apple Carplay works perfectly every time. Haven't had any issues at public chargers though it's only been a few times.

Test drove a Model Y when my original order was delayed for so long and it wasn't even close. I like everything about the cabin more than the Tesla - comfort, look, better visibility, better build quality. I like Carplay and Satellite radio which Tesla doesn't have. Even The fanboys like our exterior better. This is my first electric car - No regrets. We do have an ICE vehicle for longer roadtrips but taken it on a couple 200 mile trips with no issues

Exactly what I ordered. Drove the 3 and Y at least 4 times each. Still have my order for the Mach E. I just hope I won’t regret it.
I shopped the Y against the MMe, but not to the extent that you have. Anyway, I chose the MMe and have no regrets.

It's a trap!!! If I share my positive experience and something bad happens later I'll feel bad. But alas I'll share my positive experience.

At only 6300 miles and 4 months of driving I cannot say I've had no issues. I took it in once, dealer had it for a couple hours to work on the rear hatch (slightly off center) and the hood (adjusted stops).

Also there have been times I've been frustrated with the app and using my phone as a key because I sometimes experience a delay when using them. However the frustration hasn't been enough for me to use the FOB (only used for the dealer and detailing).

But otherwise I haven't had any of the horror story situations I see here. I'm glad I got my vehicle early because if I was still waiting and reading many of the current threads I'd have anxiety too.

I’ve posted several times about how this forum has given lots of people cold feet. But, my experience has been awesome. I’ve had Tesla owners and “car guys” both comment on the fit and finish of the Mach E. the transition was super easy for my wife (tech adverse) and now she drives it to work (night shift). She also gets free charging at her hospital.
it’s super quick, practical, and overall been a great upgrade from my 2008 Acura TSX (which was an amazingly reliable car). I plan to drive this into the ground like all my other cars.
oh and PAAK works great for me. Sometimes a delay but the phone needs to connect to the car and if either are asleep then I takes a wake up push of the button. I’ve recently connected it to Alexa to allow ,e to say to start the car and precondition. That helps with waking up the car before you get there.
Wow, between the two of you, many miles will be traveled, and quickly. If you can charge at work for no cost, the money you will save on gas should put a big smile on your face. Congrats.

I'm at the two month mark with close to 5000 miles. No complaints. I always have my FOB with me so no PaaK issues. This is the best car I have ever owned. One pedal drive is incredible.

Took it to cars and coffee last weekend. People lined up to ask me questions, even other ICE Mustang owners. Got nothing but compliments, especially about its good looks and tech.

The professional reviewers, on line, have it right for the most part.

1000 miles in on our demo Premium 4ex, 3300 miles total on the car. PAAK installed and working for both of us. Only issue so far is a broken badge on passenger door. Dealer ordered one today. Some of the tech is taking me a bit to learn but all appears to function as intended. DCFC'd with no issues. It took a bit of time for the 250kwh to become available for use, a couple of days post purchase, as well as the 20,000 points (not sure how to redeem those or what they are worth).

Drove 675 miles home from the dealer with no issues, DCFC'd 3 times total on this trip

I'm happy and also have a reservation in for a F150 Lightning

I have had mine since February 19th. I love driving the car and totally enjoy all aspects of it. We have taken it on 2 2,000 mile road trips with no issues at all. I had a Tesla Model Y prior to the Mach-E so I was comfortable taking an EV on road trips. I have been to the dealer for 3 software updates since owning the car and each visit resolved the specific issue. First issue I had was with the charging of the 12 volt battery which was resolved by the dealer I purchased the car from a week after taking deliver. 2nd issue is where I could not unlock the driver door, but could unlock any other door and then I could get into the driver door. This was resolved through a software update that was done at my local dealer. 3rd issue was the PAAK software update, this was done last week at my local dealer and PAAK is definitely more consistent. I still get the No Key message once in a while when starting a drive but it goes away and doesn't stop me from driving the car. I can tell you Phone as a Key was not perfect with the Tesla either. Many times I could get in the car, but it would not let me "start" the car until I took the phone out of my pocket, so it was not perfect either. I knew going in that there would be "growing pains" and I was ready to accept them. Tesla clearly has a edge when it comes to software development and battery management. But overall I am extremely satisfied with the Mach-E.

Coming up on 4-months and 3,000 miles.
It's an amazing vehicle and been very happy with the ownership so far. For a first year platform and delivery early in the model year, Ford really exceeded my expectations.

Some small software glitches (as everyone mentioned), but nothing that interferes with "actual driving". It's also the one thing thing they could continue to improve after cars left the factory, so I am happy to have an MME now vs. waiting another 6-9 months while they worked out the software for all the new systems this car has.

I have had the Mach-E for about 1 month now. Driven it just over 3,500 miles. Have done 3 long trips, including a 800 mile roundtrip day trip and have had no issues with DCFC charging either. Though Wal-Mart food suks!

As you can see from my signature, driven EV's for a long time and the Mach-E is truly a step above. People just don't understand just how good it is and how fortunate we are that Ford has taken the risk to provide this car to us.

10 years ago the Mach-E would have been a $200,000 super car, only available to the elite few. You don't believe me,. 10 years ago just the batteries of the Mach-E super cautious pedigree in the Volt were running about $1,600 / kwh. So just the batteries in the Mach-E would be well north of $150,000 o_O. And please don't bring up TSLA, its not the same battery pedigree at all.

In fact 3 years ago I bought the Etron with a smaller battery and shorter range for about twice the price of a Mach-E! Crazy as it may seem to folks the software in the Mach-E is streets ahead of the 2019 Etron!

Anyway, intend to drive this car till the wheels drop off. It is a lot of fun! Scoot at the traffic lights with zero noise/effort and wear and tear. These days ICE muscle cars just sound so weak and huffy-puffy.

Had my Mach E CR1 just under 7 weeks with two road trips, put 4100km and commute 100km round trip to work without a problem. Solid, well made, good looking car. Fit, and finish hands down better than the competition (Tesla). Test drove the Tesla model y and the clear winner was the Mach E. Remember, this is cutting edge technology continually evolving to make it the best possible ride over time.
