There are a few people who seem to be in the same situation, everything is updated and it shows up in the menu but isn't activating. I believe this is the next group being addressed after the fail to even update issue was resolved last weekHi @benk016
I'm glad the new FDRS is solving the APIM issue. My dealer had managed to get me up to Sync 364, so my APIM updated. All of my ACC and LC are working fine, LC with Hands-Free is turned on, I have the October expiration date for my maps, and I get the BlueCruise "box" on the screen. However, I still haven't received BlueCruise in Connected Services and the people at FordPass tell me I have to take it back to my dealer.
I really don't want to waste the dealer's time or mine if the dealer won't be able to fix it. Do you think the dealer will be able to fix it now? Is there something they'll be able to do to get the FordPass initiation moving?
