There has been a change to the graphic design in the cluster display resulting from Software Update 6.8, and we appreciate your feedback which we will consider as part of our future updates. Please continue to provide feedback on all aspects of your ownership experience using the Record Feedback function.
Thank you. And while we are at it can we get the option to display music info on the instrument display? ?

I wonder if this will make it so the speedometer can't be centered anymore like it is in the 2023.5 cars. If so, people are not going to be happy.
I like the centre panel and wish it could be customizable.

I just received this update in my early 2023 GT PE. What is the function of the "car" in the center of the display? It doesn't do anything, no animations, nothing. It seems to have no purpose. Can you elaborate on the new interface? Thanks!

My #1 IPC design change request would be to move the cruise control set speed from above the speed limit sign to below it. Some of us keep the seat high and the wheel low where it blocks the upper corners of the IPC. Including the CC set speed. Just moving it below speed limit sign would take care of it.

I want my speedometer front and center! I don't want to see a useless icon of a car. Please fix!

The recent flurry of 6.x updates, culminating for me in 6.8 has brought back some ghosts of errors past. Things like CarPlay not connecting about half the time and the “Reverse Brake Assist Not Available…” message that I used to get when the car was new, but went away after I started getting 4.x updates are now back.

Oh, I don’t care where the speedometer is - I just want stuff to work.

Reading all these comments about issues re-appearing and the change in the cluster display almost encourages us to cancel all updates until this is fixed so our car will not receive the update. What a mess, good job Ford. I can only imagine what your feedback queue looks like right now...

Same. Starting yesterday when we updated to 6.8.0, gremlins are back. Had Android Auto stop working, Bluetooth was behaving ... strangely (very difficult to describe), and we also got a brief dreaded "front camera fault". Not sure if all that is related specifically to 6.8.0 but I thought I'd chime in since clearly we are not the only ones. Hopefully just temporary gremlins!

(Edit: just adding, AA is working today, haven't tried Bluetooth but will tonight and report back)

It's pretty rare for the Ford account to say *anything* so I think everyone should head it's advice.... so, everyone please Send in-car feedback about this issue! Whether you already have the bugged display, or if you are boycotting updates because of it, or if you don't care but want to make for fix this for everyone else!

@Ford Motor Company Removing the next turn indicator in the IPC until you are already on top of your turn at .3 miles away is absolutely insane for people who commute on multi-lane roads and have to move over multiple lanes in .3 miles. What the actual fuck?

Agreed. This is way more ridiculous than the location of the speedometer.

Yeah, CarPlay connects about half the time. Always works via USB.

last update i received was 6.2.0 redux, followed by 23-PU0722-DC-CHG3. now yesterday i see that 6.8.0 is pending. is it possible to miss 3 updates and still be eligible for a newer one? i was waiting on 6.6.0 which i understood to contain the charge port overheating fix.

short of FDRS how can i tell if the charge port patch was applied?
