? Scriptable FordPass Widget (iOS, iPad, MacOS)

This capability almost makes me want to switch to iOS. Almost. ;-) Really I just want to know if my doors are locked or not. Does anyone know if there is a simple API request I can made with a web browser to check that? I looked through the Scriptable code but I could not decipher how to make that request. Sorry for the question that is probably easy to answer for many here.

I just do the ol' lock 'em again to make sure from the app. Kinda weird we can't see status, my Honday Odyssey Touring was able to show that from the Honda app.

Just wanted to provide an update.

I've been busy working on new stuff and fixes. I rebuilt the authentication mechanism to get the tokens required to send advanced commands like SecuriAlert control, and likely any new ones like frunk, horn, and lights.

I want to try and make sure I didn't screw up stuff more before I release it.

It's not as simple as just making a call to an endpoint. You need to get a token to pass with the header of a single call to the API

Now I also am plagued by the knowledge that my MME isn't locked while at the body shop, and it looks like it's in their parking lot and not inside. Grr.

Yeah, Why Ford..? As touchy as the walk away/FOB/Paak stuff is, this is the biggest thing for the app to tell me.

I have been using "Hey Siri" shortcuts since March when I got my Mach-E. I have been using similar ones since yearly last year for my GT500. I particularly like asking Siri how much range I have left or what my battery level is. I mainly use Siri to lock the car pretty much every time I walk away and she will reply back letting me know it is done. I don't even get my phone out as my watch takes care of it. You may not have seen my earlier post on this thread of what my 8 most used shortcuts are and I created a home screen with them #31

There are several threads with instructions and links to the shortcuts but they have been added to here and there and it is kind of a mish-mash. So I walked away from my car this morning and I did not hear the "honk" indicating the car is locked and there was no message on my phone from FordPass saying PaaK locked it. But was it really? The car is in a parking garage and certainly I want it locked, so after I took the elevator upstairs, I came back down to check. It was NOT locked. Of course PaaK failed again. I locked it using the door button and closed the door.

So absolutely we can walk away and think it is locked when it is not. Not good at all.

@tonesto7 , can the script show the time since the car last updated its info instead of the time the script last checked? It would be more beneficial to see that the data is from when the car checked in 4 hours ago than showing that the script last checked <1 min ago.

V1.2.1 Release

• Refactored the entire authentication mechanism to get the newer token required for advanced commands and API data calls.
• Added support for advanced commands like SecuriAlert, and likely any future commands.
• Fixes for passwords with special characters (hopefully)
• Updated menu navigation labels and menus so that you can go back to previous menus instead of exiting each time.
• Added a debug menu under the widget settings menu. It will allow you to save all vehicle data to your device clipboard for easy sharing with me or others.
• Added an OTA API page under the debug menu as well. (it's just the output in JSON)
• Added a Vehicle Data page under the debug menu as well.
• Fixed the way that door status is captured, hopefully this fixes errors and will accommodate 2-door vehicles better.
• Lots of other little fixes.

I got the script installed into Scriptable but Scriptable isn’t available as a Widget on my iPad or iPhone. I restarted but it still doesn’t show as addable. Any suggestions? Thanks.
