Um... the SSM is quite explicit that they will not.

Let's be honest this is bullshit that they are not doing it. They know PAAK is messed up. They should just suck it up and give us the missing fob. I do smell a class action going to smack them.

PaaK has been working good enough for me to not carry the fob. But this does seem like BS that Ford would specify a build date where *after* that build date owners would get 2 keys, without any manufacturing change to justify it. Cars built before July do not have a better PaaK experience, and, in fact, it is worse for many.

A fairly inexpensive goodwill gesture on Ford's part would be to give a free second fob to the early build owners - many who were early reservation holders who floated Ford a $500 interest free loan for 6 - 12+ months in the form of an order deposit.

Yes. Honest I plan on buying a 2nd fob as soon as the recalled for the roof and windshield come in. Reasoning being the Paak software update and a fob is not enough to make me want to deal with a dealership but if I have to go any how for some major recall it is getting tacked on to it.

sooo far. Your phone won't last as long as this car. The current OS has an even shorter lifespan than the phone.

Well, it's been working on iOS 14 and 15 well. Now we'll soon see if that continues with the 13 Pro...

No, eventually they get posted by like the NHTSA or something but these are released to dealers only.

My GT did not come with 2 fobs. I'm calling the dealer about it now. I just came across this SSM. My car has a build date of 7-17 and it says 7-7 and newer are 2 fobs....

I can't get my VIN to show up using the tracker, could you help me out? Mine says 7/21 on the door, but only came with one FOB, I believe it was built when it should have come with 2 though.

PAAK has worked flawlessly for me since I picked the car up (Outside of a single occasion). With that said, the car should come with 2 fobs. Give those of us who bought cars built before that date a fob or credit us with the equivalent Ford Pass points or something.

Sorry for the off topic here but do you know if you can drive Saddle Road hands-free? My understanding is under Blue Cruise, hands-free is only available in Blue zones. Sorry if this doesn’t make sense. ?

No you can’t. It doesn’t meet the current restrictions (divided and controlled access). The only roads in Hawaii that will qualify are on Oahu: The H-1, the H-2, and the H-3.

I’ll pass on BlueCruise until there’s a release for major surface streets. I won’t be holding my breath either.
