I just tried mine comes back no record found - VIN obscured by me:

It works for me but I use a Mac and Google Chrome. I tried on Edge Windows too.

If you are only getting the short response you are probably looking at "Preview". Click on the "Response" tab to get the full details. The comma is the delimiter for the next line.

Means that my car has been checked and checked out in Antwerp, according to the fact that it is in the QA process, I hardly dare it has been sent back to the factory, to be fixed there ... - when it was built on 6 February. Ship / Gate released Feb. 15. and confirm in VISTA at ports 19 Feb. sent 22. feb. ...

I think this may mean your car is no longer on the quayside and is now "compound out" "sent to plant" means it's sent to the QC workshop?

More good news - the podpoint app has now been updated to allow charge scheduling. You can schedule one from/to time setting per day.

Just spoken to my dealer, think Ford Guildford a lot more helpful than last time I called, she confirmed vehicle is in Antwerp and will be making its way over soon for middle of May collection.
