I had someone drive up along side me in the Blackwall tunnel last night… waved to get my attention, put his window down to talk. We slowed right down… “is that the new electric Mustang?” he shouted over. I told him yes… “Whoooooo!” He screamed back ? Cars behind us going mental, hooting at us to get a move on. He said looks great, asked about the range and then me had to get going before we were beaten by an angry mob. The bin man also stopped me to ask if it was the electric Mustang on the nursery run the other day… then he told my daughter that she had a cool Dad ?

Does everyone who buys the car get that? What’s included if you do?

It includes 1 year subscription to lower charging rates at places like BP. Perhaps better value than subscription on the BP pulse network.

The rates on the ford app show 21p a kwh for a bp 50k charger which is lower than the BP rate proving it's innaccurate dross information from ford.

Very disappointed. Was told my Mach e order (standard RWD Silver) was on track to be delivered by 26/th June only last week by dealer. On calling Ford customer services who chased it up for me after the dealer went quiet, it turns out it is still in Antwerp with an 'estimated' date now of 24th July.
when I said to the dealer that the tracker seems to show that it is in Antwerp, the sales lady told me that 'compound in' means it is already in the UK. Obviously not correct.
This is what the tracker tool shows me

Hello all, new user here. We took delivery of our SR-AWD on Tuesday. The car itself is great but I'm having issues trying to schedule charging to off-peak hours - can't seem to get it to work.

I'm still reading through various posts, so give me a while to catch up

I think its even before that still going through the QA process. Ford are denying there is anything massively wrong with it but I cant believe after 3 months in Antwerp this is normal.

Well my dealer has been in touch to say I should get my car next Wednesday. ?

Apparently the update takes 3 days!
It appears that even those takes longer in Scotland!?. Car has been at ‘dealer delivery’ since 8 June so really disappointed.

Going in on Saturday to finalise the finance so will hopefully get a look at it then. ?

I asked if the rubber mats that I ordered were there and she didn’t know. She said if they weren’t then she would get them ordered. Makes me wonder what they’ve been doing since they’ve had my car…

This is the same dealer who repeatedly refused to provide me with any order confirmation to apply for the EST grant for the charger in Scotland. To be fair I’m going to ‘1000%’ get it today!?

Just want to get my car and leave my dealer in the rear view mirror.

Similar story for me - am finally going in to the dealer tomorrow to do a visual inspection and sign docs, then pick up next week. @SashaLondon hopefully the same for you if you can get hold of Matthew on Monday. They'll probably use my car to work out how to do the update!
