ouch. Just received this via email. There was me hoping that I wouldn't be affected as I was an early (9/12) build.

Same!! 2nd Dec build - maybe they're just doing them all!
I got it as well - maybe they just did a splatter gun approach with the email and sent to everyone. Must admit I was surprised to get it.

They’re gonna need my car for ages at this rate as I have 3 TSB’s (Tech Service Bulletins) that need doing, now potentially the windscreen recall, and we’re still waiting for parts for my new centre display screen replacement which was first reported in May.

Just got the email from Ford as well.

It’s ironic that it’s starting from early December as I’m due back in the office then and will actually need the car more! So much for showing it off!?

Hopefully won’t be without it too long. ??

Got my recall notice a few minutes ago. Wonder if this'll cure the wind noise problems some have been reporting?

Is the repair something you can wait for or do we have to get a courtesy car?

Anything with windscreen bonding normally needs a few hours to cure and harden properly before it’s driven again. Probably at least a ½ day repair. Guess we’ll know more in due course when the dealers get in touch.

Have you still not got your centre screen fixed. If they are taking that long to get the parts for that then don't hold your breath in getting the windscreen fixed any time soon. They will have to negotiate a national contract for the work as I can't see dealers taking the responsibility of removing/refitting the screen. It is a specialist job as all the cameras and sensors will need to be recalibrated. Also they will have to make sure that there are plenty of replacements in the system because there are bound to be a few that get broken on removal.

Morning all,
I picked up my Mach-E 4X on Saturday. Glenn from Staffordshire (and the Yorkshire Dales).
Looks like its on it way back in soon for a recall ! Small price to pay.

Really impressed with build quality and the tech is all working for me at the moment. Drives nice, decent acceleration but the ride is a tad lumpy/harsh. Impressed tho.

My first long run is down to Portsmouth later this week. Got all the apps setup.
On the range front then mine came charged at 80% with 200+mile of range, would calibrate up to 276 at 100pc which is what I was expecting. I hear all the comment on the guess o meter. Doesnt worry me too much.
