So a couple of first day unexpected observations on build and software of the 2022 models….

Software:
The car comes with a SYNC version number of 21297 which is a slightly newer factory build of the UK/EU version of Power-Up 2.3.

Interesting points to note:

- The apps page includes Blocks & Tiles games that were missing from the previous OTA rollout of 2.3 on Job 1 cars.

- The heating controls icon has changed

- There‘s a new AC switch under the AUTO fan selector

- A working Frunk release button on the Access screen

Build Quality:
When the 2021’s first rolled many of us compared window / roof / boot lid gaps, and they were all pretty consistent. Comparing the 2021 pics to the 2022 build highlights quite an improvement in the alignments.

After a year of production you would expect improvements. Looking much better. I wonder if the changes to the Sync screen will be implemented on job 1 cars in the next update. ??

My GT on order this morning got the vehicle authorisation complete message
Can now see it sitting In Mexico was built on May 3rd
Dealer told me expected delivery January but I think I have got an earlier build than originally planned.

So in comparison to Big Red she’s the same spec.

Great news, thanks for posting. I’ve just opened an account on the Tesla App and looking at the different stations the bulk seem to be 61p or 62p/kWh. I thought Instavolt were expensive at 57p/kWh, but if needs must then so be it.
