Your post should have a trigger warning.

Not for 2021 Job 1 cars. There’s no frunk button.

Understood but how often do you use the frunk? I never do as its a pain to close.

I find the frunk easy to close. But I don’t use it often. Mostly just for road trips when I need a bit more storage or to keep things out of sight.

But others like @Jimrpa have been asking for the frunk button (almost daily). ?

I use it for take-out food so the cabin doesn't smell like congealed grease the next day. Gaaak.

I would use it more if it had a PAAK button.

The Select/Premium to GT replacement path.
Even with the ‘damn it I can’t stand’ one wants to get the GT anyway. Because. Just. Because.

Have the car now for 6 months and few things not particularly fond off:
1. The steering wheel design and materials used. The steering wheel is extremely ordinary design with cheap rough plastic honk button. The signal and wiper handles are cheap plastic and belongs to A $20k car and not $60k car. The designer who designed this should be fired. I expect the touch points of a >$60k car to feel luxurious. I can pay few more $100s for a better feeling steering handle. @Ford Motor Company please come up with a better design and let me know. I am willing to replace it.
2. The erratic driving history on the paak. Sometimes if I drive 35 miles it shows 60 miles arbitrarily. Why is it that complicated to read the accurate values from the modem in the car.
3. The door with window frames. Why can't it be frameless like the regular mustangs
4. No nice graphics in the engaged mode. Which is why I don't drive in that mode.
5. Bumpy ride and no means to adjust in different drive modes

Having said that I still think it is the best EV in the market and loveidriving it and get lots of compliments from strangers.

I almost included the cheap turn signal and wiper arm plastics. They are even slightly sharp on the parting lines.

There is nothing I hate but I wish there was a climate setting that was halfway between full defrost and the defrost/floor setting. If maybe just a bit more air went to defrost during the split it would prevent the window fogging while providing a bit more overall comfort.

Very often and it’s easy to close. Just adjust the stops if you’re having difficulties.

??Ford designed this really beautiful car with cool features and then stuck in an ugly honk and sharp arms which is going to be touched and felt every time you drive. Genius.

It is on the app if you have PAAK set up.
No. It is not. Nor is it on the Sync 4 screen. Ford has promised this to us for 2 years! Some people have hacked partial enablement via FDRS.

Numerous times a week. In fact, there’s a thread about just that. But after two years of not having a Frunk release and living with launch-day bugs, it’s not changing. That, Ford’s failure to fix long-standing customer-facing bugs and bring a promised update to job 1 cars, is what I dislike about this car.
