FordPass 4.13.0 released

I hope it addresses battery drain. Two nights now last week woke up to a completely dead phone while on the charger. Battery app says FordPass was the only thing running pulling more battery than my wireless charger could provide. Maybe that’s why the PAAK works great lately. No sleep or low power mode. Now I’ll need to keep 3 batteries with me to make it through the day.
anyone have this on 4.12.0?

My Fordpass App does not show icons for windows up/down or opening trunk. All other icons are there and work. I have not setup phone as a key. Would that be the reason?

What phone are you using? sounds like you have a run away app. If its a iPhone I would do a hard shutdown let it off for a few mins. If that doesnt work maybe delete the Fordpass app and reinstall. In the last 24hrs my Fordpass on a iPhone 13 Pro used only 5% of the battery.

On my phone over 40 apps (I stopped counting but it has to be > 50%) do not have change logs. Can you send emails to those companies as well, including Google, Facebook, Microsoft, Amazon, Zoom, American Airlines, and more.

I'll leave that up to you to send emails to those Apps that you care about on your phone regarding specific bugs/enhancements to ASK for reasonable notes.

I care about the (lack of) release notes in FordPass to ask for them. If you don't, then fine.... but why make a snotty comment about other Apps and what they do or don't do ?

My hope is that Ford really WANTS to do better, they just need Owners to ASK FOR WHAT THEY WANT.

I would like the trip routing not to crash in the app when creating a new route (editing a saved one is fine.)

Maybe the frunk button is hidden inside for future use.

Depends on how close you are to the car when you’re home, mine stays connected most of the time since my car is in the garage

No useful release notes because this is not a useful app. I won't waste my time with it. Deleted it from my phone long ago and life has been so much better without it.

If you deleted it long ago, don’t have it on your phone, and don’t use it, please don’t comment on its current usefulness.

Yeah, it’s an iPhone 12 mini. I haven’t had any trouble until this week. Then nothing since, seems to be only overnight too. During the day, no problems.

My "snottiness" came because it's only the 300th time this has been complained about. And there are always statements made (not necessarily yours) about how they are morons because they don't do notesand far snottier comments. I'm trying to point out it's an industry wide issue.

Also there are times where public facing notes don't make sense. "Changed this line of code to include this new feature that isn't yet activated."

Ford Pass is actually one of the better apps on my phone for changelogs. Many versions have had them.
