It looks like mine shipped from Kansas City. From Ford chat this morning "It looks like your vehicle was shipped from Ramp 6R, Richards-gebaur, MO on Oct-22-2022. The vehicle should arrive to your dealership no later than Nov-10-2022". How do I track it here?

I've been calling KCS for updates instead of dealing with out-of-the-loop Ford chat. Mine was built on 10/8 and is in railcar KCS008350. I call 800-468-6527, select option 2 for automotive, then ask for an updated status and give them my railcar number. They're very friendly and give me a quick update on which city it's currently in. It's scheduled to arrive in KC tonight by 7:00 PM based on today's update!

I just called and was told my railcar (AOK 501900) is somewhere in Louisiana (I forget the town) and is scheduled to arrive in KC on 10/26 .. slow progress , but pretty much what was expected

Yeah, mine too. Assuming it's actually been on the move, I would expect it to arrive at next stop any day now based on other people's timings.

Last report is was on Ramp 6r in Gebaur MO on 10/22. Looks like still holding for the 10/30-11/5 window.

I'm on AOK 501928. Probably the same train since we shipped the same date, although they couldn't tell me which railroad had the car back when I first talked to support...

They are sticking to a Nov 2 estimate at dealer, but I still don't believe it. ?

I think the AOK cars were the leg from the plant to KC. My car shows in KC since the 12th so I would not be surprised if it showed up any day now, Ford chat has nothing.

They gave me a convoy number. Aparently they get shipped via convoy to Florida.

Just got this update from Oct 20th with destination of Seattle, WA

I show your 2022 Mustang Mach-e is In Transit. The Railcar # is TTGX695892 (Burlington Northern & Santa Fe Railway Co ) and the estimated arrival date is Nov-06-2022. The vehicle location is  Ramp 6M, Argentine, KS.

The previous update which was Oct 19th said:
The vehicle has been received by a carrier at a ramp location ( Ramp 6R, Richards-gebaur, MO) with an ETA between 10/31-11/6. Railcar # KCS 008147

I shipped on Oct 7th - Any insights?

Look like my Mach E is in KC waiting to get on a train to GA. Delivery time frame has not yet changed.

Still seems to be sitting in KC. Ford chat did not have rail car info for me.

Got my status update...
Your current order status is In Transit and arrived at Junction Point, Laredo, TX via railcar # KCSM008237. The estimated delivery date on the order is between Nov-24 - Nov-30 which is only an estimate.

Now...who do I call for the rail update?
