I was getting that error too, but only after I manually stopped a charge. I figured out that I was likely unplugging a little too early. It takes the car a few seconds to register the "Stop Charging" request, and then it takes 5 - 10 seconds for my Grizzl-E to close its relay and the charge light to stop blinking (apparently most EVSEs are faster than that). As long as I wait for the Grizzl-E to catch up, I don't get the "Plugged In Not Charging" error. This all sounds similar to what I'm experiencing over here. Does anyone here have experiences with seemingly random "Plugged in Not Charging" errors? I'm thinking these two issues are related.
