Forget about the bugs, what "feature" annoys you most?

Drag. Parasitic drag to be precise. The flush handles are potential mechanical nightmares as well. There are no genuinely good solutions that I can see, but I'm not an engineer or designer so ...

Oh there was a REAL simple solution for this:
Mechanical key latch next to the tailgate release button on the hatch.

Insert your KEY from the remote into the keyhole on the hatch, and the hatch opens giving a person access to a pull/release wire in the side panel of the trunk to release/open the rear door for access.

Easy, simple. However this costs $$ and the bean counters saved $ but not having to provide owner's with physical keys, a rear hatch mechanical key/lock/latch mechanism, and a mechanical wire/pull release for the rear door to open.

PLENTY of cars have options similar to this for access. It's not a novel thing.
Ford just chose the CHEAP option.

And I shut down the car, exit, lock it, walk to the back and kick-open the liftgate

I have about a 40% success rate with kick to open. I last used it after one of the pre 6.14 updates and reverted to the 100% works method — never store anything in there.

It's a shame that this functionality was not restored after the chip shortage was resolved (it's resolved, right?)

Lots of people do. I’ve had it on for 4 years. It’s not going off as long as I own it.

also don't have any sound when backing up or it is so low only people outside can hear it.

Unless you’ve “hacked” the car, you very much have a backup sound as the cars are required to come that way from the factory. If your windows are up, though, the sound is fairly muted. I can hear it without my hearing aides even. Try backing up one morning with the windows down to hear what your neighbors hear. My neighbors don’t care much one way or the other — they’re all sheep (literally).

Yeah, we’ve been through this before. Exhaustively. Some drivers without young kids are never gonna get this. But when I’m parked at a practice or in a driveway and I need to quickly open my trunk for my kids to toss a bag in, I shouldn’t have to tap through a laggy interface or fumble with FordPass. It’s stupid and unnecessary. Again, if you don’t have young kids, you ought to sit this one out.

Far and away It’s the Inability to open the frunk with the key. I never use the space because it’s so inconvenient to access.

Mark...you are awesome! Thank you!! I like the idea of replacing the Max Defrost button. I use the Park Assist button to turn off sensors when going through the car wash.

I use max defrost when I can't see outside. Possibly my favorite button.

Wonderful car with one thing lacking...... The rear cargo compartment does not hold golf clubs well. A golf bag must be placed diagonally in the rear compartment. Depending on the golf bag, sometimes the driver (golf driver, guys) has to be removed from the bag. Now get this..... I volunteered to drive 3 golf pals to a special golf course far away.

HELP - I don't know how to fit four golfers and four golf bags into an MME! If anyone here knows let me know.

Drive to Enterprise rental car. Pick up an escalade. Do golf errand. Return to Enterprise.

In 2.5 years I also, have never used the frunk @Ford Motor Company there needs to be a better way to open the frunk.

The lack of an auto dipping wing mirror. Yes, I know there are cameras but I don’t reverse looking at a screen. Additionally in the UK they are always covered in filth.

You should give reversing while looking at the screen a try. You owe it to yourself not to park like it’s Y2K.
