Mine supposedly shipped on 4/11 and I'm still pending.

Woops I misspoke and had to edit my original post. Also look at 'vehicle status"-- if that's ASN then you haven't been marked as delivered to KC yet. If it's picked it means you have been offloaded from the train in Kansas City, if it's paired it means you are assigned to a truck to get to the next location (railyard or dealer if local). And delivered means you are at the next location and ordertrack is no longer helpful.

I don't think there are any scans between Laredo and International Freight Terminal (outside Kansas City). It seems like at least some folks on this forum may have figured out a way to contact KCS via phone for a more exact location... Colorado/Denver is absolutely gorgeous by the way. We've been to Estes Park, spent couple of days in Fort Collins, Red Rock yesterday and coyote ugly last night. Last full day with Blues game 2night! But I'm enchanted with the mountains!!!

Colorado/Denver is absolutely gorgeous by the way. We've been to Estes Park, spent couple of days in Fort Collins, Red Rock yesterday and coyote ugly last night. Last full day with Blues game 2night! But I'm enchanted with the mountains!!!

Well... just a few hours after my last post, the shipping information section of Ordertrack (Palsapp) has updated me to "Delivered" with Birmingham, MO (the Norfolk Southern Voltz yard) as the destination. I apparently skipped right through "Paired" status, directly from "Picked" to "Delivered". It took four days after being offloaded from the KCS train, but the car has been in the KC area at least six days and I still don't know how long it will take for it to move on the next rail leg.

So at this point Ordertrack has provided me all the information it can until my car is delivered. Also, I noticed that the number of "similar cars" in the same status as me did not change when the shipping information/Palsapp status changed. So that confirms Ordertrack is only using trim and Ford tracker status (the status at the top of Ordertrack) to tell you how many cars are in your group. 103 Selects being tracked in transit right now!

I will try to get my NS railcar information from Ford Chat in the next few days so I can continue following the status of the car as it gets closer to the dealer.

This gives me hope, mine supposedly shipped 2 days before yours. Guess mine is sitting in the train yard waiting for a truck to take it 1.5 hrs east. My dealer delivery date changed yesterday from 4/20-4/26 to 4/29-5/5. I swear the last month or so the waiting has been worse than the 6 months prior.
