Yes. I believe that we are all going to get a voucher in the mail to upgrade, for free, to a 2023 MME.
Here's a FREE 2023 MME.... but it''ll take 5yrs for you to get it based on current reservations.... so enjoy your wait on an outdated model!

I don't have the tooltip versions
Why is it a few 1000 more to upgrade to that version? No tips for U. ;)

Image the buzz around updates/ford if software was not provided as unattainable. New tech ford.

Well, I have to say… “Made it”! Was getting quite worried with all these stories but no issue. One dcfc was in 111 degree heat per the car sensor. No issues.
Can picture you shaking the the whole way. ?

Based on a charging race vid I watched by a couple that post here we do not have range anxiety it appears we all have DCFC anxiety. That has been without issue for me but you know. Appeared the one that was last had the most fun I'd jump in that one ;)?

I have a feeling that we're gonna see the updates return today / tomorrow.

Then we're gonna have to figure out what changed...

I'm gonna guess it's a persistent DTC now.

They still using a typewriter, IBM selectric? Or stone and chisel?
They probably were waiting for the papyrus to dry! Why this isn't done online and automated is still puzzling to me. Better customer experience, lower costs and they still can use all the KYC and AML tools that they use now. The only reason I can think of is the pressure to sell worthless or overpriced add-ons.

FWIW, going to the dealer today for windshield/roof recall and I had planned on them doing the HVBJB update as well. Since it's likely going to be there several days and if this update comes back online, I wonder if I'll get it. Or more precisely, if I *should* get it.

Diagnostic Trouble Code. The recall software trouble codes could be reset which is normal troubleshooting process for the dealerships. There have been cases where the dealerships were just resetting the recall trouble codes rather than following the service manual which says to replace the HVBJB. It is possible the new version will be persistent and not easily reset.

Diagnostic trouble code. The way they were doing it was allowing dealers or owners to just clear away the message and send owners back on the road without performing the required maintenance and replacement.

A persistent notification wouldn't get cleared, essentially requiring them to perform the work to clear it (in theory).

We're at it again. Our simultaneous posts are even starting to look the same. ?

Negative. They don't "name" the updates unless it's a recall, which still doesn't have a name, but I guess it's easier to track.

I just had the recall performed on my 2021 Job 1 SR AWD this past Saturday. One of the things I remember noticing on the paperwork which seemed strange was that it mentioned 22S41B or 22S41-B instead of just 22S41. Would it be possible that this would be a tweaked version of the recall software? I will check the paperwork when I get home and update this post with a photo.

@DevSecOps perhaps you could check my VIN, maybe it says something in there?
