@Donnieboy You should be able to track that by calling the automated line for Norfolk Southern. Muncie is progress! It updates every few hours from what I can tell.

Call 1-800-635-5768 and pick option 2 and then option 2 again. Then put in 2637# when it asks for the letters and then 900575# and it will ask you to confirm (it won't say the letters until later), hit 1. It should read it to you as the letters and tell you the status. It'll say it SUPER fast and it runs things together. Like, mine said "albersscanner" - turns out that it was in Albers, IL and had passed that scanner.

I just called and mine is in/passing Princeton, IN on a flat car as of 4 hours ago.

That would be Industry Yard, just north of Hapeville. It will, or probably already has been picked up by the local that will take it to the Hapeville auto ramp.

Picked it up at the dealer this afternoon! Overall dealership experience was good, finance guy tried to say he couldn't find the rates at the time I ordered, tried to sell me an expensive 3rd party warranty (I looked, I could get a Ford ESP for $1300) but they honored X plan and was in and out in about an hour.

Already tried out Blue Cruise handsfree driving, a little unnerving at first, particularly with traffic around. But overall a fun car!

If you ordered before Dec 8, 2021 you are eligible for price protection. If the customer who reserved the car ended up buying it, Ford automatically pays the dealer the difference. Depending on the dealer, some provide the original pricing to the customer at deal close, therefore also reducing their tax liability while others will refund after they get their money from Ford. The total price protect is $2,000 on most trim levels. Reason you noticed a $1,700 price increase is because Ford gave $325 credit for park assist. Therefore, I would go back to the dealer and ask for your $2,000. They tried to play dumb, hoping that you wouldn’t pay attention.

thanks. My signed order is dated Dec 8, but with the old price, as we were going back and forth for a few days. I guess the dealer was not aware the price increased that day. Neither was I. Order confirmed by Ford Dec 13. Would Ford still honor it?

That’s interesting. The dealer took a week to officially order the vehicle at the most consequential time. What paperwork do you have? Do you have an order summary or something that details options, costs, etc? You’d be looking for proof that the order was placed with Ford on or before Dec 8th.

Btw, I’m not an expert in the ford sales process. Just trying to tell you what I know in case it’s helpful.

Mine is still stuck in KC. I was supposed to already have it by now based on the delivery window provided at build time by the dealer. Ordered December 1 of last year (technically a few days prior but they didnt put the order in right away)...Im in Denver. Kind of wish I could just go and pick it up, its so close...

I think those waiting for cars out west are still stuck in KC. I’ve been there 10+ days.
I usually don’t pay much attention to the ‘estimated time’ on the order tracking website, but it actually decreased this morning. I’ll take it as a sign that just maybe there will be movement soon, but more than likely it’s just some system algorithm messing with me.

for reference, when I picked up my car there was some confusion about the date to use for incentives because three were listed. The day I ordered it, the day it was confirmed, and a later one he guessed was when Ford Invoiced it. Dates were 3/1, 3/3, and 3/28.

Yeah thats possible, I noticed some cars out west getting trains and delivered finally from previous weeks that could be the reason for the decrease.

Heres mine, the longest wait is what has me the most concerned as that seems to just be going up:
