It seems that cars headed out to the Rocky Mountain area are stuck in KC. My date is 10/25-10/31 (SLC). I imagine the train takes 3 or 4 days (?) from KC to SLC. If they don't move soon, I think our delivery dates will get bumped.

Last year for my 1st Mach E order, it took about a week to make that trip, and then it sat offloaded for another week.

I texted my sales person who is going to pull a VVR to confirm what Ford chat has been saying.

@Donnieboy You should be able to track that by calling the automated line for Norfolk Southern. Muncie is progress! It updates every few hours from what I can tell.

Call 1-800-635-5768 and pick option 2 and then option 2 again. Then put in 2637# when it asks for the letters and then 900575# and it will ask you to confirm (it won't say the letters until later), hit 1. It should read it to you as the letters and tell you the status. It'll say it SUPER fast and it runs things together. Like, mine said "albersscanner" - turns out that it was in Albers, IL and had passed that scanner.

I just called and mine is in/passing Princeton, IN on a flat car as of 4 hours ago.

Ordertrack still shows it as "In Transit".

Under my order on ford.com, I have a check mark in "Shipped" and now "Complete Purchase" is filled in now.

Yep, that's the Ordertrack I referenced above. Usually it is pretty quick to update, but it may not switch over to delivered until I actually pick the car up.

Sales guy is in a mood today. LOL. Said "no change on updates. must be waiting for an engine to pull the car! ?" Of course, I had to say "they probably forgot to put an engine in the front, like the mach-e." When I told him I knew where the train was from Norfolk Southern, he said I knew more than he did (again) and didn't need to follow it anymore. He then proceeded to ask if I've ever thought of selling cars and offered to get me a job. ?‍ HAHAHA!

Car passed Keanu Wilds scanner in IN as of 6:46am. I think that location might be near Kentucky, but I'm not sure?

Ford Chat told me that my car's in transit, at Ramp 6R, Richards-gebaur, MO. No rail car assigned. I'll check back in a week, as I don't know what I can do now.

Yeah, not sure at this point. Seems like some issue with the train company handling everything west of the mississippi from what I gathered. Not sure if theres anything anyone can do about it except wait...
