Yeah, actually I wanted to get it installed across the garage, but after getting bids on it I decided the extra cost wasnt worth it

For some reason my electric panel is outside on a wall in my backyard. Everyone that sees this is blown away, even electricians. Not only can burglars jump my fence, kill the power to my security cameras and lights, and then murder my family easily, it also costed an arm and a leg to run 60 feet of conduit to my garage for an EV charger.

Oh I got lucky, my main is in my backyard, I have a subpanel in the garage for most of the stuff in the house just happens its 80A so I can run the EVSE on it as well

Chatted with Ford just now - still no change and no status update in 13 days. The car could be anywhere...have not been able to get a VVR yet to see if it has more details.

Well, finally an update but not a good one - just noticed when logging in to Ford and checking my reservation that my delivery window has changed form 10/21 - 10/27 to 11/23 - 11/29. I knew my car probably wouldn't make the original ETA, but why would it take six weeks or more to get from Missouri to Idaho?

And the wait goes on...

You can try to ask Ford but as far as I can tell no one really knows. The only reasons I have been able to figure out are:

1. Not enough cars going in your direction, waiting for full train cars
2. No trains going in your direction
3. Car is on hold for some reason (damage etc)

My situation is the same as csilvest. This morning my delivery pushed back a month. My dealer told me last week it would most likely be pushed back because they were expecting a delivery of cars next month and it would probably be delivered on the same truck with them. Logistically , it makes sense. Grouping a bunch cars together to make a single delivery can save quite a bit of money.

Try doing a chat with Ford and ask for a status update, they should give you the convoy company name and assigned number. Don't feel bad about bugging Ford chat, it's their job. Like I told Donnieboy the convoy company might not want to give you info, but you can try. You'll need your VIN # for Ford chat.

Yeah, unfortunately. Maybe the dealership can get an update for you from them? They changed it so you can't track it through Jack Cooper online anymore. They were using some other company for mine. I wish I had information that could help you!

Thank you for the reply. The dealer is completely useless. I asked the sales guy again today and he gave me the ETA and the VIN and said that is all he has.

I was on Jack Cooper - there were never any updates after I got that update with railcar info then it just showed up at the dealer 11 days later.

Original delivery window: Oct 17-23
Still stuck in Missouri railyard since Oct 7th I think
New delivery window: Nov 20-26
Coming to Denver

My dealer said their pattern is to bump out delivery windows a long ways but usually comes sooner. Seems like wishful thinking or total BS, but who knows...
