So if I'm able to DCFC at 26kW @ 83% SOC, does that mean I have had 21P22 applied?

My dealer/service advisor is ignoring my requests to email me my last service report. So today I went for a DCFC session. The closest EA site is having some problems, and I only got 35kW @ 75% but was still pulling 26kW above 80%. I take this to mean I have 21P22, as otherwise I would have been in the 8kW range, correct?
It would certainly seem so. Do you also have the notes app?

I thought notes was part of 1.71, not 21P22? I certainly don’t have the 1.71 update (which would include notes). It tried for 3 weeks, failed 3 weeks ago, and nothing since. My sync has “- -“ as the revision.

Yes, sorry, you're correct. I was flipping between threads on my phone. But I stick with the higher charge rate being indicative of having 21P22.

Went back today, they fixed the problem and updated a bunch of other modules.

Folks after update are seeing 40+ at low 80%s. I think that alone doesn't confirm if you have the update or not. Could be a heater going.

The heater is only 5KW. I don’t think that could account for the increase here.

My car is currently on the operating table for CSP 21P22. Unfortunately, they mentioned having issues updating the ABS related module and had to restart that. Looks like my car will be sleeping at the dealer tonight! Bummer!

Having the exact same issue (today) with 21P22 and the ABS module. I was told that the tech had to contact Ford's helpline for assistance. To resolve, are they just restarting the update with the hope that it updates? From reading other posts, it sounds like this may be a software bug - is that correct? They told me that, until this is resolved, the car is undrivable - does anyone know if that's true?

I’m hoping that retrying the module update will sort this out. That would definitely suck if I my car is stuck at the dealer because of that.

If even a few cars are rendered undrivable with the 21P22 update, then this explains why we're not seeing it OTA'd to the fleet yet.

From what I found on the forum here, the ABS update problem is a known issue. However, it looks like the updates gets applied but FDRS keeps reporting it as missing. See:

Based on that, I doubt the vehicle is undriveable. Just the dealer that doesn’t know what the issue is and what they should do (ignore it).

Seems like the two dealers I've been to refuse to do the 21P22 update even though I specifically asked for it but atleast the second one fixed my door modules and the car seems to be driving better.

Strange! I was under the impression they had to apply that if the car shows up for service. Didn’t think they were allowed to opt out of that especially considering it fixes issues that can even damage the car. It’s probably in Ford best interest to get that rolled out to the fleet asap.

Yeah the first dealer had the car for four days and the second dealer had it for five which I didnt mind because they had a loaner. Was at a EA earlier and DCFC dropped to 10 after 80%.

Interesting. They had to reinstall my ABS software multiple times during 21P22 as well. Probably the same reason.
