In Florida the law is you have to change lanes or drop to 20 mph below the speed limit if a car is on the side of the road.

Apparently in California with a car in flames people just blast right past it! ?

One of my neighbors has accidently burned up 2 cars because of his carelessness with smoking. Both happened in his driveway. He does not park in his garage because he knows he can not trust himself. He is not sure he has learned his lesson.

Ford insists steering wheel and seat heat is enough. Tell that to my passengers in the back that don't have heated seats.
