Curious which ADAS steering mode you usually use. Choose the mode you spend most amount of time in. Here are photos if you don't know what the terms mean:

1. BlueCruise / Lane Centering Active (Level 2)

Lane centering is fully active and continuously provides cooperate steering inputs to actively keep the vehicle centered in the lane. Cruise control must be engaged.

2. Cruise OFF with Lane-Keeping Aid only (Level 1)

Lane-keeping aid and/or alert only. The parenthesis/bars on either side of the car are present, and turn orange or red when you cross lines. If there are no lane lines, the bars will be gray. Steering assistance is only applied if you hit or cross a line. Car will "ping pong" off lane lines in this mode if the driver isn't actively steering.

3. Lane-Keeping/Centering fully OFF (Level 0)

No steering assistance is provided whatsoever, not even when you cross lines. Cruise control may still be active, but steering support is disabled with the button on the steering wheel.

"Most of the time"... If I'm local, then level 1 is the only possible mode for 99%. But on every trip, it's always level 2.

Lane centering is possible on city streets as long as they have lines. I use it while driving on 25 MPH roads.

I took level 2 to be turning on "cruise", whether it's hands on or handsfree.

Since I wasn’t allowed to purchase cameras, I am either no cruise control or cruise control with following distance and lane keeping on. I probably wouldn’t use BC even if I had cameras, but they sure would be nice for parking. ??

Since 90% of my driving is on non blue cruise hwy, i only use the lane assist on. To me makes no sense to use cruise control on non highways with so many lights, stops, and different speeds. I know people do, jusT not me. I use BC on the highway when not crowded with cars.

Expressway is BC for 2/3rds of my driving.

City streets would be 0 ADAS, but now since I can’t get rid of the giant car in the middle of the screen…. now I leave lane keeping on.

61K miles on my car, and I’ll bet more than 50k miles are using BlueCruise.

1 or 2 Tampa has a lot of highways with blue cruise access but traffic sucks so I love the ability to press button if I do stop to get moving again. Ford does good job really rolling slow to avoid a complete stop unlike the sheer terror I feel approaching a stopped car lol.

>90% of my driving is on city streets. Every time I’m on the highway I try and turn BC1.0 on. I last 5 min until it does something stupid and I turn it off. I wish it works better, but it doesn’t.

My car does not have BC, and I mostly drive local roads. I sometimes use cruise control when I do drive on the freeway.
