Is that considered a bug? I never considered it terribly useful, but it always amused me how rock solid reliable that notice was when so many other things didn’t work. I wonder if that particular notice is being sent to the phone directly through Bluetooth because the phone is still in range while walking away, and that’s why it is so much more reliable?
Back in March my walk-away lock was really unreliable. Now it is solid and I get that great message on my phone every time.

Which then creates more work to have to swipe the message away, go into Ford Pass, clear the stupid message in the app, why not just lock the door and be done with it? Or, trust that the thing worked? It's like when people were getting notified that they had arrived home!

Did you get the power up update I think it was for cell? Post and wiki. You're logged in. No Bluetooth (paak phone auto app)? No Wi-fi? What else stop working? It could be a glitch at their end with your token?
No, but I did take it in for the PAAK dealer service. That seems to be right around when everything broke.

Or just glance at the phone, see the message, and know it will go away when other alerts come in. That works for me.

Totally agree. With the 21B36 update and the subsequent walk away lock notice, I have turned off the loud horn. Getting the notice is a welcomed change for me. I do wish it would give a time that the notification came through so I'll know when I see the notice that is is current. All in all, this update has worked very well for me.

I have horn and folding mirrors off and just visual set. I can hear it lock when I walk away and the head lights transition. I have the update and 3.25 and get no notice. Maybe a geographical thing. A notice is not a huge problem for me either way. Has it been placed in the notification settings in the app with a toggle on/off? Most likely will show up.

This is all really weird. I was having the battery issues with 3.24. 3.25, at least after 24 hours, uses less battery than any version of Ford Pass yet. I charged 2hrs ago and Ford Pass isn't even showing up in my battery list yet.
¯\_ (ツ)_/¯
Never mind, it's the same as 3.24. It doesn't always do it.

my FP on Android auto-updated to 3.25.0 last night....

indications were the friendly green 'update successful' msg on home screen, which clicked thru to note that this release includes FordPowerUp 1.4.0, which I don't care about, and a red 'vehicle status' flag on the Vehicle screen which gives no more information but looks pretty scarey and doesn't go away. My opinion is that RED alerts should be for problems, and updates/fixes maybe should be in green, and then go away once you've viewed the non-existent details.

No 'release notes' as to what if anything was fixed in 3.25.0, or known open issues, etc. I sure would like to be able to click on the version number, and get taken to a more informative summary that looks more like 'release notes'.

PAAK connections seems ok, no big change
battery use, no obvious change since I 'force stop' the app when I Park

I will note that the 'Vehicle' screen fails to update all fields when I pull down for update. The only field that updates is estimated range. everything else is stuck at 17 hours ago, which was when I last drove the car.

Right, if you force stop your OK. But you used to not have to, that was the bug introduced in 3.24.

My horn and windows up/down options disappeared. I have deleted the app and redownloaded to no avail. Really odd.

Ford Mustang Mach-E FordPass 3.25 released CACA2A72-DCFF-4FED-815B-7E60D50AC229

Has anyone have this happen? The PAAK was deleted somehow by car or
FordPass app on its own. Now it is unable to add back.

Maybe have to reset and start over again but if this happens when you are out without fob, could be a major issue. It also deleted backup codes.
