Based on what I've seen in other build weeks (and my own sticker), this date randomly updates, it doesn't appear to be tied to any milestone. In my case, the date has already updated to 3/10/2022 today (was still 3/8/2022 yesterday) despite no changes.

The date on the bottom of the window sticker is the “Printed” date. If it’s been at least 7 days since the last time the windows sticker was retrieved from fords servers it will “print” a new one and the date will update.

Pulled all the vehicles that I could find on the Ford inventory search for ~70 miles from my location and evaluated their stickers. Majority were dealer orders and interestingly enough followed 2 order dates, either 11/10/2021 or 1/8/2022. Not sure if that's coincidence or something else (batch acceptance of dealer orders by corporate, maybe). This is a small sample size, but does point to a decent timeline for you to follow. Buried the data in spoilers so as not to take up too much space. At a high level, it does seem to support that production date is ~7 days after your sticker is generated, and build (and shipping, mostly) seems to be quick right now.

Note that none of these vehicles have a date next to the shipped bubble, so I've just noted which ones were marked as shipped in the tracking. Anecdotal evidence points to ~10 days for the car to arrive in KC and report on Palsapp, which these cars are right around (if they shipped soon after reporting built). I'll track and update when they've been reported as arrived.

From here, the rest of the batches are not in production yet.
Batch 4594 received sticker 3/3/2022, so I would expect production to possibly begin today or tomorrow.
Batch 4645 received sticker 3/5/2022, so I would expect production to possibly begin tomorrow or Monday unless the plant runs on weekends. This is the batch that @Electrified is in.

Batch 4675 received sticker 3/8/2022, so I would expect production to possibly begin 3/15 or 3/16. This is the batch that I am in.
And we know that @pnrmurph and @keveburd reported batch 4647 received on 3/7/2022, so I would expect production to possibly begin 3/14 or 3/15.

Regarding the batch numbering system and the cadence of those, there's nothing that jumps out at me. Build week 2/28 ran through 76 batch numbers in 3 days while build week 3/7 ran through 48 batch numbers in 2 days. Don't feel confident enough in saying how many batches are run per day yet.

Yes I'd read this, but mine generated a new date after only 2 days. I do think it's still a generated date, but I think there are other triggers (not that it really matters).

Im thinking that number is the sequence by year. Since you both are in the same batch, if we take @pnrmurph minus @keveburd we should see 273, that would confirm that's the yearly sequence number.

again, @keveburd will confirm this hypothesis @Av8tor CUA-005875 @pnrmurph CUA-005006, I'm thinking that there are 869 mach-e between you and me.

Not a sequence number (for the year at least), mine is 4104 and a sticker I pulled from 2/21/2022 is 4284.

Hum, I can't figure that one out.

Others have mentioned that the number was - Vehicle Invoiced on the given day
and I've found reference that the green box was - Shipping Car Number, so why are the last 4 digits the same?

Here’s my timeline:

• October 2: ordered Premium RWD SR Grabber Blue
• February 3: Scheduled for Production on March 14

Will post my estimated delivery date when I get it.

Got my window sticker around 8pm ET today.

AV8TOR, on behalf of myself and other Luddites, I thank you for this annotated window sticker. The overlong anticipatory fog is lifting for us as we can better understand Ford's process.

You're just ahead of me! I'm 004675 164/300. Based on the pattern I saw, we should anticipate a production date of 3/15 or 3/16, with built status anywhere between 3/15 and 3/17 assuming no slippage.

Looked through 3/7 build week thread and have the following:

Sticker Dates
2/28 - Earliest sticker. User reported built email arrived on 3/8, shipped email, presumed 3/9
3/2 - User reported modules loaded today. I would guess this user will get a built email tomorrow

Reported batch numbers for that week were 4518, 4540, 4594, 4645. Sequence numbers were ~300 with an anomaly at batch 4645 with 632 numbers.

Comparing against the Ford inventory search I ran earlier, there was (at least) 1 additional batch 4566 with 300 numbers.

For us 3/14ers, reported batch numbers now are 4647, 4675, 4703, 4728. Sequence numbers are all right around 300.

I don't know that the batch numbers tell us too much. I'm fairly confident in the ~7 day timeline between sticker and production though.
