"I appreciate your patience. I show the vehicle's last reported status was on 10/26/22, and at this time the vehicle is in transit being received at a ramp location in Kansas City, MO, awaiting the Carrier details to be sent. The estimated dealer arrival is 11/14/22-11/20/22."

What I was just told in chat. Couldn't give me a rail car number, so maybe it's sitting in KC and will be trucked up to me in Chicagoland.

Have you tried contact BNSF customer support ?? dont see any other automated way to track the rail car
I have been calling the number and following the automated system. The train is in Macon GA at the moment. The next stop would be Jacksonville FL. FC is just confusing me because they are telling me the car is in at Ramp 6R, Richards-gebaur, MO.

I have been calling the number and following the automated system. The train is in Macon GA at the moment. The next stop would be Jacksonville FL. FC is just confusing me because they are telling me the car is in at Ramp 6R, Richards-gebaur, MO.
That update from FC is way old, how did you get the rail car number?

My dealer has not provided me any info other than std ETA

That update from FC is way old, how did you get the rail car number?

My dealer has not provided me any info other than std ETA
FC gave me the rail car#. My dealer is totally useless, they told me I will get it eventually.

Which menu options are you using and have you talked to a person or is it all automated?

My date has not yet been shifted from 11/21 to 11/27.

Where in Chicagoland area are you both off to? Has the dealer stated any updates for you?

Spoke with FC this morning via chat.

I only check once a week for my sanity.

They reported as of 10/30 my car was awaiting pickup by carrier to Denver. My window for delivery still is holding for 10/30-11/5.

Texted with the dealer Saturday they reflected the same information. I’m cautiously optimistic as it’s a straight shot to Denver it will make it. But I’m not holding my breath. Also low key hoping for a mid-week surprise.

I'm far northwest. I'm trying to not annoy my sales rep, so I haven't asked for updates. I cannot imagine he'd give me any additional information that I don't get from Ford. Up front when I ordered (April), he warned he's seen times from 8-12 weeks from build date to their lot. I think he was just trying to set up worst-case scenario. No disrespect to him, but I know more about the Mach-e and the ordering process than he does... It's the only car I'm buying, whereas he's selling anything on their lot and doesn't care about something until somebody asks.

I'm waiting to be annoying when it comes down to getting the proper rates. ? They've already confirmed they'll sell at MSRP, but I know they are going to conveniently err in their favor for everything else (dealer options, financing, etc).

Anyway, as I've seen from other build weeks, I'm just expecting that I'll get an "unexpected" call from my sales person at some point whenever it arrives (between now and +2 weeks) with no prior warning from Ford chat updates.

2. Press 2.
3. Press 2.
4. Enter the letters on the numeric keypad then press #. As in: xxxx will be xxxxx
5. Enter the numbers then press #. It wasn't taking my voice prompts but typing worked.
I have not talked to anyone.

Ah, I thought you were dealing with BNSF, must have gotten posts confused. I've reached out to my dealer to hopefully get a VinView link.

I'm south suburbs. My dealer has been basically useless, but I ordered through the website not them. I got assigned their internet sales person who doesn't answer the phone, respond to voicemails, or respond to emails. I need to go over there and talk with them to get a salesman assigned so I have agreements and some paperwork started prior to taking delivery. And arrange for a 24-hr test drive prior to accepting delivery.
