You should use this experience to better understand your car - because in your first post you showed that you don't. Range is determined by your driving, weather, and topography. Just like driving your gas car. If you drive in the city, range goes up. If you drive on the highway, range goes down. It's simple. You stated "I didn't understand how my driving usage prevents my battery from having a higher 100% charge range. " Hopefully now you do.
Please do come back and let us know what Ford tells you. Even if we're right, and you're wrong, please let us know. Because if your sticker says Extended Range, and you got a Standard Range, you won the lottery.
